Abstract:ObjectiveToevaluatetheclinicalvalueofCTimagepostprocessingtechnologyinthediagnosisofgroundglass nodules(GGN)ofsubcentimeterslevel.MethodsFirstly,theimagingdataof94GGNpatientsofpulmonarytuberculosis weresubjectedtoretrospectiveanalysis.Next,GE AW 4.5ImageWorkstationwasusedformultiplanereconstruction (MPR),maximum intensityprojection(MIP),volumerendering(VR),andXrayreconstructionofthelesion. Parametersofthelesion such assize, morphology, edgemorphology, internalstructure, tumorinterfaceand other informationwerethendocumentedandcomparedwithindicatorsbyCTimagesandpathologyaswellastheimagepost processingtechnologyinthedetectionrateofthesituation.ResultsStatisticallydifferenceswerefoundinthecomparisonof CTsignswithpathologicalresultssuchburr,spinousprocess,shallowlobes,airbronchussignandinterfacebetweentumor andlung(P<005).StatisticallydifferenceswerealsofoundinthecomparisonofMPR resultsandVR resultssuchas
