用键▲▼修改标定选择=1,按SET键,开始标定。
标定的目的求校准系数,使仪表显示的数据与实际的下料量相符,校准系数是影响秤计量精度的因素之一. 标定后,除非维修秤体,校准系数不允许改动。
开启秤体,手动测零后可进行标定.1:在一级参数下,用键置▲▼标定选择为1。
按SET键, 开始标定。
此时,液晶的上排显示标定时间。
下排显示瞬时流量。
2:手动下料,加料过程必须在标定时间内结束。
3: 在标定时间结束后或时间没结束,按SET键,液晶下排显示仪表计算的累积量(大于2kg,标定有效)。
液晶上排显示物料的实际重量(可用按键进行修改)。
按SET键,系统自动计算K值。
修改合适后, 按SET 键, 保存新的K值,结束本次标定。
标定时,严禁触摸秤体.P05 给定方式选择:流量给定值选择键盘设定或者4-20MA远程设定. 范围:00-1。

根据系统运行的实际情况,既物料的实际流量与设定流量的跟踪效果,反复调节比例系数P和积分系数I,使实际流量在设定流量附近有较小的波动,达到最佳效果.当实际流量迟迟达不到设定流量时,说明P值太小,应适当增加P值.如实际流量在设定流量附近快速的上下波动,说明P值太大,应适当减少P值.积分系数I的调节与P一样,I值越大,调节越快,反之越慢。
P16 零点:零点。
一般为传感器满量程的1/3。
零点,秤体皮带上无料时的模拟量。
可通过"测零选择" =1自动测出,也可以通过键盘手动修改。
恒速秤在"启动测零选择"=1时,按启动键先自动测零,测零结束后启动运行。
调速秤"启动测零"=0 ,启动直接运行。
P17 上限零点。
上限零点应大于零点。
秤体无料空转时,模拟量随着皮带的转动时大时小,在零点附近上下波动。
在启动状态下,当模拟量波动到零点以上时,总量累加,影响计量精度。
但设置上限零点后,只要模拟量波动不超过上限零点,虽有流量,但总量不累加,最大限度的消除震动对计量的影响。
上限零点的取值原则是秤体无料空转时的最大模拟输入。
标定时,可设上限零点=0(取消上限零点功能),生产时,再恢复上限零点(皮带空转时模拟量的最大值),使皮带空转时总量不增加,消除皮带震动对计量的影响.但上限零点不能设置过大。
P18 校准系数:转换系数。
范围:1--152587(无小数点)。
"校准系数" 值决定系统计量的准确性,仪表使用以前必须进行标定,也可通过键盘进行合适的修改。
