"生物银行"受到全世界各国的高度重视,每个国家都在积极打造更有影响力的"生物银行"。
2012年3月,"英国生物样本库管理系统"在英国正式开业,存储样本总数超过5000万份。
存储量为600万份的生物样本库也在哥本哈根落成。
美国RAND公司的研究报告指出,本世纪初美国生物银行存贮的人体组织样本数量超过3亿份,并以每年2000万份的速度增加。
2015年之前,生物样本库市场每年以30%的速度增长。
2015年,将达到1830亿美元市场规模。
我国由于基本种类和资源丰富等特点及优势,极大的促进了生物样本库的建设与发展。
1994年中国科学院建立了中华民族永生细胞库,1996年建立了北京大学肿瘤医院肿瘤组织库,还有山东脐带血造血干细胞库、北京脐带血造血干细胞库等。
北京重大疾病临床数据和样本资源库二期工程也正在顺利推进,纳入临床资源样本库的疾病种类已从一期工程的6类扩展至15类,2016年达到病例10万份、样本100万份。
目前我国建成了全球最大的基因测序服务中心和基因组学研究中心;国家基因库更是拥有3000万份人、动植物和微生物样本的世界级生物样本库和组学数据库,新一代测序能力与超大规模生物信息计算分析能力世界第一。
面对着生物样本库的大量建设和庞大的样本数据,新的问题又摆在我们眼前。
目前国内各方面都在积极推进样本库的建设工作,但由于缺乏足够的交流与沟通,不同的样本库在建设过程中没有统一的标准,在管理和质量水平上存在较大的差别,同国外的样本库之间也存在着一定的差距。

•综述•2人体表征分子鉴识专题*人面部形态刻画的法医遗传学研究进展杜情情,卢朝龙,丛斌,李淑瑾(河北医科大学法医学院河北省法医学重点实验室,河北石家庄050019)摘要:法医DNA表型(forensic DNA phenotyping,FDP)分析利用现场遗留生物样本DNA预测个体表型特征,如族群地域来源、身高、体质量、肤色、毛发颜色与形态、虹膜颜色、男性秃发、面部形态和年龄等,为案件的侦查提供线索,其中面部形态特征较为复杂。
本文从面部形态的测量采集、面部形态相关基因的研究、面部形态刻@的模型建立及法医学应用和伦理问题等方面进行全面分析,对其最新研究进展进行综述。
