建议每个工作天后对检测仪充电。
⇒首次使用前应对仪器进行校准,此后,应根据使用情况及仪器对有害气体或污染物的暴露情况进行定期的校准。
建议每180天必须校准一次。
⇒如可燃气体传感器曾暴露于任何催化剂污染物/毒剂(如硫化物,硅蒸汽,卤素化合物等),建议应由已知浓度的标气对其进行测试。
通过使其暴露于浓度超过其高限报警点的气体时,确认检测仪能够对气体作出响应,并激活听觉和视觉警报。
如探测仪读数超出规定范围,应对其进行校准。
⇒可燃气体传感器出厂前经由50%LEL浓度的甲烷进行了校准,如需以%LEL方式检测其他可燃气体,可用其他适合的气体进行校准。
⇒注意:如读数超过测量范围,表示目标气体浓度可能达到了爆炸浓度。
⇒应避免使可燃气体传感器暴露于含铅化合物,硅树脂,氯化碳氢化合物。
尽管有些有机蒸汽(如含铅汽油,卤化碳氢化合物)可能会使传感器暂时停止正常工作,但多数情况下,通过校准能够恢复其功能。
⇒检测仪只能在氧气浓度不超过20.9%(v/v)的潜在爆炸气体环境中使用。
⇒检测仪读数突然上升然后下降或读数不稳可能表示一种气体浓度超出量程上限, 可能是有危险的.⇒ GasAlertMicroClip检测仪长时间暴露于某种浓度的可燃气或空气有可能会加重检测仪的负荷,结果可能会严重影响其性能。
如检测仪曾因高浓度可燃气体而发生报警,应重新对其进行校准,或必要时应更换传感器。

• 启动检测仪,按 C• 关闭检测仪,按住 C 直到OFF(关机)标识倒计时完成,LCD关闭。
• 查看TWA,STEL和最大值(MAX),按C两次;清除TWA,STEL和MAX值,待屏幕出现RE SET(复位)时,按 C。

开机需等待30秒预热时间,提前跳过可能导致数值有波动。
如果气体检测仪很长时间未使用(1个星期以上),开机后让仪器先运行一段时间(15分钟以上)后,进入设置模式,观察仪器的零点是否稳定为0左右,如果漂移较大,则需要归零点一次(氧气、氮气检测仪为归目标点一次)。
仪器报警时可以按KEY3键取消报警音,但是报警图标 仍在闪烁;再按KEY3键可以恢复报警音。
