对沃尔沃新FH系列卡车详细解读2012年10月15日14:33 来源:《商用汽车》作者:王培祥T|T作为新FH卡车发布系列活动之一,记者此次参观的沃尔沃卡车展示中心(Demo Center)并非很多朋友之前参观的老展示中心,由于发布了新FH卡车,沃尔沃卡车的展示中心也因此大变样。
展示中心均以新FH系列卡车为主题,从外观、内饰、性能等方面对新FH进行详细解读,即便是从来没有接触过新FH的参观者,经此一行,也能对新FH了然于心。
对沃尔沃新FH系列卡车详细解读“新FH卡车相比上代产品燃油消耗节省10%;驾驶室空间增加1 m3;全新研发的IFS前独立悬架大大提升车辆性能;I-See技术可以记住行驶路况和相应的变速器挡位选择,优化车辆动力输出情况;I-Torque技术将发动机转矩再次提升,并将在2013年秋季装配于新FH 上……”带着沃尔沃卡车全球品牌高级副总裁Ricard Fritz的这段介绍,新FH卡车的神秘面纱被逐渐掀起。
整个参观过程从一段介绍沃尔沃FH系列卡车发展历史短片开始,短片最后,幕布上用灯光勾勒出的新FH卡车面孔线条。
“全新的面孔,重生的标志”,以此为宣传语的新FH成为整个展示中心的主角。
原始的手绘设计据技术人员介绍,沃尔沃卡车从2006年开始着手设计新FH,由于手绘设计是最简单、最直接、最能体现设计者意图的方式,因此在新FH卡车设计过程中没有运用电脑软件,而是采用原始的手绘设计。
尽管沃尔沃卡车在外形设计上采用了很多新思路,但从整体上看,新FH仍然明显地传承了沃尔沃卡车的主要元素:犀利的前大灯、倒梯形前格栅……对沃尔沃新FH系列卡车详细解读新FH车型的前风挡玻璃面积相比前代产品增加了17%,这样不仅增加了驾驶员的视野范围,也保证了驾驶室内空间增加1 m3成为可能。
前格栅的全新设计是新FH的一大亮点,一体化的设计理念使前格栅上下2个部分和谐融为一体,而下半部分2个倒梯形突出了前脸的几何元素,更加美观。
国内外重卡发动机制动解析长下坡刹车过热的问题对卡车司机来说非常头疼;淋水这种方式虽然能解决问题,但毕竟不治本,辅助制动是国外常用的,也是从根本上解决下坡制动问题的方法,这其中发动机制动又是应用较多的一种方式;发动机制动技术在欧美已经非常成熟,几乎全部作为标配,现在国内越来越多的卡车车型上看到该技术的存在;在这里就为大家整理一下常见中重卡车型的发动机制动技术;首先从我们熟悉的几款进口品牌说起,发动机制动技术的应用也已经比较广泛了,和整车的电子控制系统已经充分融合,除了手动开启,均可以实现自动控制车速,包括帮助实现电子巡航、限速、车距控制等功能;下面看看各家都有什么独特之处;沃尔沃VEB/VEB+沃尔沃卡车的发动机制动产品叫VEB/VEB+Volvo Engine Brake,意为沃尔沃发动机制动;沃尔沃的VEB共有5个档位,包括巡航控制以及不同的制动力;在B 档时可以通过I-Shift对档位控制,让VEB拥有最优化的表现;相比VEB,VEB+工作时气缸内压力更大,后面的加号也说明其制动效果更高;VEB+发动机在1500转时,D13A发动机可以产生225千瓦的制动功率,D16E则可以产生425千瓦的功率;VEB可以通过驾驶员手动操作,或者定速巡航自动控制等方法进行控制,沃尔沃VEB的效果我们在之前对沃尔沃FH440的试驾过程中有过介绍;斯堪尼亚:发动机排气制动斯堪尼亚的牵引车也是将排气制动exhaust brake作为标配,由于斯堪尼亚还生产液力缓速器,所以在官方的宣传资料中更多的看到液力缓速器的介绍,不过由于价格等因素在国内还属少数;斯堪尼亚排气制动的控制可以通过在左侧踏板位置的按钮或者在方向盘右侧的操纵杆进行控制;当然,在定速巡航和下山时实现自动控制也不是什么难题;对于装有Opticruise AMT变速箱的车型,缓速器未运作时,可自动降档,实现获得最优的发动机制动和废气制动效果;奔驰Actros:标配皆可博产品国内现在奔驰主力车型Actros搭载的OM501发动机,配有发动机制动和排气制动;奔驰卡车产品从Actros系列开始就将皆可博发动机制动系统作为标配;而在戴姆勒DD底特律柴油全球发动机平台上将皆可博的压缩释放式制动器作为标配;在之前我们试驾的奔驰黑金刚的过程中,对辅助制动功能进行了充分体验;上次试驾属于高配车型,配有发动机制动、排气制动以及液力缓速器,操作起来也非常简单,分为5个不同的档位,同时,辅助制动功能也自动和车辆的其他功能进行了融合,比如限速、定速巡航等;曼:EVB排气门制动曼的EVB技术大家可能听着非常熟悉,国内潍柴和重汽正是采用的这种技术,EVB为Exhaust Brake Valve的简写,意为排气门制动器;这种技术属于被动泄气式制动器,需要排气蝶阀共同作用,通过打开排气阀提高发动机制动功率;对于D28发动机已继续开发了压力调节的 EVBec;在此在低转速时提供更大的制动力矩;在普通EVB工作的基础上,通过排气蝶阀来调整排气背压,排气蝶阀逐级关闭废气管, 汽车工程师之家从而在气缸内产生所需要的背压,车辆控制电脑根据传感器检测排气背压,并借助一个比例阀来控制调节缸内的压力;这种逐级的调节可以使发动机制动的过程更加平稳柔和;当车辆换挡时,MAN Brakematic智能制动系统会通过行车制动自动控制车速,换完档后,自动切换到EVBec;一汽锡柴有三个系列的发动机装有发动机制动CA6DN系列发动机排量为升,标配皆可博的压缩释放式制动产品;另外,根据车辆制动力的需要,CA6DN发动机制动时分为两档,分别为排气制动和发动机制动+排气制动;CA6DM系列同样是压缩释放式,不过这是由解放自主研发的,而其中核心的电磁阀则是皆可博的产品;CA6DL系列则是泄气式制动器,工作时需要排气蝶阀一起工作,发动机制动气门控制有电磁阀控制,属于主动式;制动效率比压缩释放式要差一些;东风dCi东风天龙dCi发动机制动产品同样来自皆可博,经过这几年厂家的合力推广,目前市场上拥有不错的装机量,用户认可度也很高;就在前段时间,东风天龙上皆可博发动机制动器的价格降至6000元,价格的下调降低了用户购买的门槛;需要特别提醒的是,发动机制动只是作为减速工具,紧急制动以及停车依然需要原车制动,天龙用户需要注意自己的车辆是否为“一根管”,在驾驶时需要特别注意;东风康明斯:ISZ标配,ISL可选装由于康明斯和皆可博特殊的渊源,东风康明斯发动机自然少不了发动机制动器的身影;13升的ISZ系列将皆可博压缩释放式发动机制动作为标配,由于这款发动机批量生产,现在也就在一些厂家的展车上能看到装配,比如天龙大马力牵引车、霸龙M7等;9升级别的ISLe系列引入时间较早,大家都已经比较熟悉,但装载该发动机的车型中,却没有出厂就带发动机制动的;不过由于国外原机型都有发动机制动,所以用户也可以联系东风康明斯的服务站,咨询是否可以加装发动机制动;西安康明斯西安康明斯是国内另外康明斯在国内的另一家卡车发动机合资企业,他们主要生产ISM系列11升发动机,同样配有皆可博压缩释放式发动机制动,其最高制动功率可以达到326马力;装载ISM发动机的欧曼CTX已经将皆可博制动器作为标配,陕汽德龙F3000用户可以进行选配;潍柴WEVB,全部标配大家熟悉的潍柴则是将WEVB作为自己发动机的标配;该项技术是潍柴引进的曼EVB技术,前面的“W”代表潍柴的拼音“Weichai”;WEVB在发动机2000r/min 的时候制动功率为160kw,2500r/min制动功率达到230kw;虽然和6DL同样属于泄气式制动,但WEVB采用被动的方式,需要关闭蝶阀靠排气背压顶开排气门,通过增加一套控制排气门行程的执行机构,实现排气门在发动机制动过程中保持打开一个空隙来提高发动机的制动效率;需要注意的是如果蝶阀损坏,发动机制动将无法正常工作,这就要求蝶阀具有很高的可靠性;重汽EVB:同是MAN技术中国重汽的发动机装的EVB和潍柴一样,都是采用德国曼的技术;WD615国三机型以及D10/D12系列发动机均已实现标配,D12机型可以提供约240马力的制动功率;现在中国重汽和曼的合作后引入了曼的D20系列发动机,原机型或许能够更充分的发挥该技术的优势;联合动力:携手皆可博在芜湖的联合动力主要生产6K10/12系列发动机,6K系列发动机是以DD13/15为基础开发,发动机制动产品在开发时就和皆可博一起合作开发;6K12发动机采用压缩释放式制动,也是目前皆可博发动机制动中升功率最高的;不过该机型的装机量并不高;另一款6K10发动机则是现在联合卡车的主力发动机,它采用的则是泄气式制动,制动效率略小;广西本部:装配重庆良马另一条路线则是广西本部的产品和国内的重庆良马合作;采用重庆良马的VVEBVariable Valve Exhaust Brake,可变气门排气制动器技术,相对发动机排量偏小,目前已批产安装制动器机型为6A/6J/6L/6M四个机型;据重庆良马的官方资料,用可变气门升程来提高低速制动力,比欧美同类产品低速制动力高10%;6M最大在2100转制动功率为171千瓦,6L最大在2200转制动功率为149千瓦,6M最大在2300转制动功率为125千瓦;科索:13升更值得期待上菲红的科索9发动机引进的依维柯发动机技术,发动机制动也是作为标配引入;发动机采用顶置凸轮轴,通过一组偏心轴套制动器的控制,在压缩行程产生制动效果,制动效率能够达到80%;科索9发动机装配杰狮车型上,不过在官方很少看到这方面的介绍,9升的排量对制动力也有限制,不过今年北京车展上宣布量产的13升发动机则值得期待,大排量发动机相应的发动机制动功率也要更大;广汽日野:只有进口13升装配广汽日野的发动机由上海日野生产的P11C系列以及进口的E13C发动机两种配置;大马力的E13C为进口发动机,配有和皆可博合作生产开发的压缩释放式制动器,11升的上海日野P11C装机量更大,不过并没有采用这种高效率的压缩释放制动,而是最普通的排气蝶阀制动;结束语语发动机制动已经在欧美发达国家拥有非常高的普及率,在国内仍有巨大的市场空间,发动机制动的作用也正经历一个口碑传播的时代,很多卡车司机在购车时特意强调一定要有发动机制动,正是通过这些实际使用收益的用户,发动机制动的优势正在卡车用户中快速传播;虽然同为发动机制动,但由于原理的差异,在制动效率上也有不小差别,制动效率更高的产品也将获得更广阔的市场;。
