My topic today is about my favorite hip hop star—Eminem, who is known as “rap god”.His name's Bruce Marshall Mathers, but fans prefer to call him “Slim Shady”. He is a legend, not only he is white rapper, but also he has great talent in rap music. Eminem is “bound”very successful hip-hop “white”, one of the rap singers who are widely acclaimed music critics.His characteristic rap style is called hardcore. He has a strong sense of beat and rhyme. He can change his rap flow and style without any changes in beat.Eminem is not afraid to say anything about anyone and does so through his music, even he got 1 billion fans all around the world. He shot everyone he wants to shoot, his mom, his wife and some stars, too. Some people called him “ruffian”. But it’ll never happen to Hailie Jade, his daughter. He loves her so much that he wrote lots of songs for her, such as <mockingbird>. No matter how people says him a evil, they can’t deny that he is a great father. His music, his lyrics and thoughts effect lots of people. He just said:” I’m not a real person, I’m a ghost tapped in a beat.” It’s just Slim Shady. You may think he is c razy, but rap made him. Once you listened to his music, you are gonna fall in love with him.He won lots of awards but he didn’t care. He cares a lot about his friends. His song <I need a doctor> is written for Dr. Dre, his mentor. It is the time when Dr. Dre was tough that he can do nothing. The song impressed me a lot.No matter what happens, I would support him as always.。

In this album …The Eminem Show‟, he plays jokes on the president Bush and many artists that suck in his eyes. The whole album is full of anger. Compared with two albums he debuted before, this …The Eminem Show‟ shows his talent on hip-hop creation. By the way, this album is the Best Rap Album of The Grammy in 2002.Relapse: …Relapse‟ is Eminem‟s 6th album and his first album after the 3-year-retire.This one is also the Best Rap Album of The Grammy. Fans around the world got exited for his coming back. He said the inspiration of many songs in this album came from his real life during those hard years. You know, in 2006, Eminem remarried his ex-wife Kim and only 3 months later they got divorced again. And one of em‟s best friend Proof was shot by some in Detroit and passed away. And then, after all these sorrow, he was addicted to sleeping pills. That‟s also why he retired for 3 years.Recovery: The last one is the latest album of these four——…Recovery‟. I bet you must have heard …Not Afraid‟ and …Love The Way You Lie‟. These two are global phenomenon, you know. Awards for this album are too just too many to count. It‟s lyrics tells a story about a fan of Eminem, called Stan, who wrote lots of letters to his idol, hoped to get replies but in vain. So he decided to find Eminem and finally died with his girlfriend and his unborn child because of drunken driving. It‟s a tragedy. Eminem wrote this song to warn his fans to distinguish the fantasy and the reality in his lyrics. After this song, his fans began to call themselv es “Stan s”.
