设计计算书项目名称换热站图号计算条件1,换热站设计规模为 1.5×105㎡,综合为指标55W/㎡。
最长环路长度为600米,无地形高差为。
2,一次网设计压力为 1.6Mpa,供回水设计温度为130/70℃(校核温度为110/60℃);二次网设计压力为 1.0Mpa,设计温度为55/45℃。
采暖形式为地暖3、换热站为新建换热站,按有人值守站设计,水泵设变频。
计算内容水力计算一、最不利环路阻力损失计算(一)、外网总沿程阻力计算:最远建筑楼前热力入口至换热站600m,取管网平均比摩阻60Pa/m,计算损失:△h YC=2×600×60=72000Pa=0.072Mpa(二)、局部阻力计算:局部阻力取沿程阻力的30%,即△h JB=0.072Mpa×30%=0.0216Mpa(三)、换热站内阻力损失:∑△h ZN=0.10MPa(四)、用户压头损失:∑△h YH=0.05 MPa(五)、总阻力计算:总阻力损失为:△h=△h YC +△h JB +△h ZN +△h YH=0.072+0.0216+0.10+0.05=0.2436 MPa二、管径选择(一)一次网管径选择一次网母管的管径计算供热一次网设计供回水温度130℃/70℃,热负荷:55×1.5×105=8250kW。
则一次网设计流量:G1=3.6×8250/(4.2×60)=117.86t/h可选择一次网母管管径DN200校核温度为100℃/60℃校核流量为G 1=3.6×8250/(4.2×40)=176.79t/h可选择一次网母管管径DN200,△h =129.6Pa/m ,υ=1.14m/s 。
除污器旁通的管径(比主管小一号)取DN200(二)二次网管径选择二次网供回水温差△t 2=10℃(设计供水温度55/45℃),供热负荷为55×1.5×105=8250KW二次网循环水量:G 2=3.6×8250/(4.2×10)=707.14t/h选择二次网母管管径:DN400 ,△h =55.5Pa/m ,υ=1.52m/s 。

水力计算说明书一.风管水力计算风管压力损失计算的根本任务是解决如下两个问题:设计计算和校核计算。
确定好设备布置、风量、管道走向等之后,应经济合理地确定风管的断面尺寸,以保证实际风量符合设计要求;计算系统总阻力,以确定风机的型号及相应的电机;计算风机及相应电机是否满足要求。
本设计中,风管压力损失计算根据《实用供热空调设计手册》风管计算方法来确定。
水力计算的方法及步骤如下:(1)计算步骤:①绘制空调系统轴测图,并对各段风管进行编号,标注。
②设定风管内的合理流速。
③根据各风管的风量和选择的流速确定各管段的断面尺寸,计算沿程阻力和局部阻力。
④与最不利环路并联的管路的阻力平衡计算。
为了保证各送风点达到预期的风量,必须进行阻力平衡计算。
一般的空调系统要求并联管路之间的不平衡率应不超过15%。
若超出上述规定,则应采用下面几种方法使其阻力平衡。
①在风量不变的情况下,调整支管管径;②在支管断面尺寸不变情况下,适当调整支管风量; ③在风量不变的情况下,在支管加平衡阀。
(2)系统总阻力的计算计算风管的压力损失:通过对风管的沿程压力损失和局部压力损失的计算,最终确定风管的尺寸。
①矩形风管截面积:3600×=V LS其中:L 为风管的流量,单位:m³/hV 为风管假定的流速,单位:m/s ,本设计中取V=9m/s ②沿程压力损失:L R P m m =Δ其中:R m 为单位长度的比摩阻, Pa/mL 为管长,m③局部压力损失:2ρξp 2m v =其中:ξ为局部阻力系数;ρ为空气的密度,kg/m 3ν与ξ对应的风道断面平均速度,m/s 。
④风管的压力损失s j m P P P P ΔΔΔΔ++= 其中,sP Δ为风系统设备阻力,Pa 。
