For high school seniors, time seems very limited. As a result, more and more student try to study from early morning to late afternoon, even during the ten-minute break. In my opinion, to take a ten-minute break among classes is necessary. Otherwise we will feel tiring. During the break，we do something get rid of tiredness. What we need it is to have a real rest, instead of get more tired. So doing nothing tiring in that period was really good for us. My ten-minute break is al- ways pleasing. Sometimes I do some simply exercise. Sometimes I have a free chat with my classmates and just take a walk outside. When the next class begin, I feel fresh a gain.
