空姐说的航空术语
空乘术语是航空运营中重要的一部分，使用它可以避免混淆和理解不同的语义。
机组成员，如空姐、空中服务员等，在机舱中使用术语进行沟通，以提高服务流程的效率。
例如，在准备飞机时，机组成员会用“doors to manual”（门转手控）来表明机门已经关闭，无人可以进出机舱。
在起飞程序中，空姐会喊“准备起飞”，指示乘客将人员扶正并巩固其
重要物品。
起飞后，空姐会喊“Kilometers of flight”（飞行公里数），指示乘客与空隙快速
保持整洁，也可以指出飞机正处于飞行高度。
在飞行过程中，空姐会实时广播飞机的高处航空流量控制（ATC）报告、气压报告（altitude）以及山顶雷达报告（top of climb），指示机组成员发现任何可疑航班信息或
无线电声明（radio transmission）。
在下降和降落程序中，机组成员会发出指令，如“预备落地”、“准备进场”和“终止下降”，告知乘客及时备好抵达机场，确认安全模式。
空乘术语的普及可以帮助机组人员更加顺畅地工作，提高交流的频率，降低人际沟通的障碍，有效提高空中服务运营的效率，保证乘客和机组的安全。

I hope enjoy your flight.空乘人员须知专业术语承运人：包括填开客票的航空承运人和承运或约定承运该客票所列旅客及其行李的所有航空承运人。
第一承运人：提供第一航段运输的承运人。
承运条件：承运人对其运输做出限定。
出票航空公司：填开客票或以其名义填开客票的航空公司。
旅客：经承运人同意在民用航空器上载运除机组以外的任何人。
航班：飞机按规定的航线、日期、时刻进行的定期飞行。
航段：一次规定飞行中，旅客自登机点至下机点的旅程部分。
航程：旅客旅行的整个过程。
章程：占到点之间的运输。
