Friendship: There is nothing cutest than the friendship between a child and a pet, specially a dog. Scotty Brody was a shy boy being lack of care. And ,Lou, a dog come and warms his heart.

Ambition : Ambitions are the original motivation. But sometime one's strength does not always match one's ambitions. Sometimes Mr. Tinkles gets too big for his coat and tries to take over. He tried hard but have not achieved his ambitions.

ABSTRACT
As it turns out, cats and dogs are a lot smarter and better organized than us humans think. Many of the world 's dogs are actually members of an international secret organization dedicated to protecting humans from the evil cats. Buddy was on a particularly vital case, protecting the Brody family, while the father of the household finishes his formula to eliminate dog allergies. Obviously, the cats don't want that happens and they kidnapped Buddy. The dogs plan to have a trained agent puppy take over Buddy's job. It's now Lou's job to protect the Brody family from the machinations of the evil, horrible, unspeakable feline mastermind known as... Mr. Tinkles!
