Delivery: The Seller agrees to deliver the appliances to the Buyer's store within 2 weeks of receiving the payment. The delivery fee shall be borne by the Seller.3. Warranty: The Seller warrants that the appliances are brand new and free from defects. The appliances come with a1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. The Seller shall provide free repair or replacement of any defective appliances within the warranty period.4. Refund and Returns: The Buyer has the right to return any defective appliances within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund. The Seller shall bear all transportation costs associated with returning the appliances.5. Ownership: The ownership of the appliances shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment of the total price.6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation.
