2. 教师进行说课,时间为10分钟。
3. 面试官对说课内容进行提问,教师进行解答。
4. 面试官根据教师的表现进行综合评价,确定最终录取名单。
四、面试评分标准1. 教学设计(30分):教学设计思路清晰,目标明确,重难点突出。
2. 教学方法(20分):教学方法多样,具有针对性,能够激发学生的学习兴趣。
