说，大胆开口说英语，多练习，课堂上与老师同学多学习多沟通。
读，精读和泛读相结合，每天坚持读教材和英语材料，增加自己的词汇量，提高自己的阅读理解能力。
写，平常注意多练笔，用英语写小话题作文提高自己的英语写作水平。

研究生核心英语课程下半学期个人学习计划一、态度决定一切英语学习的态度直接决定英语能否学好，而最基本的态度在于上课的出勤和课堂纪律。
我是一名对英语有着浓厚兴趣的学生，尤其喜欢英语口语，非常希望和老师、小组同学、各组同学相互交流。
因此没有特殊的情况，我不会缺勤，在课堂纪律方面，我会做到积极回答问题，热烈讨论主题，交流观点意见，不做与英语主题课无关的事情。
二、合作教学我非常欣赏老师的这种教学模式，分组学习的形式是曾强团队精神的重要体现，因为每个小组都有不同的主题可以讨论，有正方反方。
各方队员都相互配合，给出自己的观点，各组发言人将观点整合，集中了本组的精华，而发言人代表小组既是展示自己演说能力，又是团队精神的体现。
而正反方组之间的讨论，辩论，则更能激发各组组员学习英语的兴趣。
我们小组是一个思维很活跃的团队，我会在小组中积极提出自己对于主题的观点，或是支持或是反对，我会尽全力提出各方面的论据，在此过程中通过和队员的交流来提高自身的口语表达力，密切配合小组成员，该轮到我发言的时候我会积极主动，将本组讨论的思想精华与大家一起分享，当然在此之前我会预习好本课内容，查阅相关资料，并做好听说读写的课前练习。
三、完成作业课堂讨论的内容只有通过英语中的写才能充分体现出英语的表现力，这样能让我们多练笔，勤思考，这更是总结课堂内容的最好方法。
所以作业的完成情况至关重要。
我能及时完成老师布置的任务，不仅在数量上达到练习的要求，在质量上会精益求精。
课堂上虚心听取各同学的观点，并结合自己对问题的主张提出我个人的观点和论据。
课后作业一定及时的完成，并在规定的时间内交给老师。
四、达到预期效果英语综合能力包括：听、说、读、写、译。
我所要实现的目标是通过本学期的各项练习，在英语综合能力上一个新台阶。
我的英语听力能力比较差，通过早上30分钟的听力和每天的课本上的听力练习，希望能达到对原文80%的理解能力。
坚持一学期，一定会有很好的效果。
