本文从冷藏运输入手,介绍了冷藏集装箱的结构、规格等基本情况。然后讨论了 冷减集装箱的制冷方式,重点说明了目前海运广泛使用的蒸气压缩式冷藏集装箱。本 文也足以该类型的冷藏集装箱展开论述的。

摘要
由于冷藏集装箱技术先进,保鲜期长,能将鱼肉、果蔬和鲜花等货物始终保持在 各自最佳的低温状态,可灵活、可靠、方便地将其运送到世界任何地方。因此,它迅 速发展成为国际贸易中的~种重要运输手段。为了使货物具有更好的运输质量,提高 企业的市场竞争能力,船公司越来越注重冷藏集装箱的运输管理。但长期以来冷藏集 装箱运输过程中的管理还是依靠经验和现场巡视,没有真正实现自动化。另外,随着 国际集装箱冷藏货物的总运输量的不断增多,有关冷藏货物发生货损的案件日益增 加。为了分清责任、减少纠纷,就需要将持续性强、稳定性高的信息化技术运用于冷 藏集装箱运输。本文正是基于目前的现状提出了冷藏集装箱的故障遥测诊断系统。
本文最后利用BP神经网络建立起了“亚健康”故障诊断模型,收集文献资料建 立起了样本故障库,利用VB实现了“亚健康”故障诊断,从而达到了对相应硬故障 的预警预报。通过应用该系统可以大大降低硬故障的发生频率,最大限度地减少冷藏 集装箱的货损货差。
