Dear Mr Chong QI
Cherry Blossom Sushi Manufacturing Pty Ltd is pleased to confirm our offer of employment to you as a Cook.
The general terms and conditions of your employment are outlined below.
Interpretation
In this document:
∙“we” or “us” or “ours” refers to Cherry Blossom Sushi Manufacturing Pty Ltd
; and
∙“you” or “your” refers to yourself, Mr Chong QI
Commencement Date
Your employment contract will commence as soon as your RSMS visa is approved. You will be employed for a minimum of two years. If either party wishes to terminate this contract, four weeks notice must be given in writing.
Your Role
Your role is specified as and limited to that of COOK. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Salary
You will receive a base salary per annum of $38,000, which will be paid weekly. This amount is based on a 38 hour week.
Leave Entitlements
You will be entitled to 20 working days annual leave per year of service and 10 working days paid sick leave per year of service, which will be calculated on a pro rata basis. If two or more days are taken at a time or days either side or your rostered days off or more than 3 single

days are taken you will be expected to provide a valid Doctor’s Certificate of Sickness for any sick leave entitlement to be paid.
Superannuation
We will contribute the required amount of superannuation into your nominated superannuation account on your behalf in accordance with current Superannuation Legislation. At present this amount is awarded at a rate of 9.0%.
Termination
Four weeks notice, in writing, must be given by either party to terminate this employment contract, except in the case of gross misconduct whereby you will be dismissed immediately.
In the unlikely event that the duties and responsibilities outlined in your job description and at interviews, are not performed to our satisfaction, after appropriate counseling and warnings (three in total; one verbal and two written) your employment with us will be terminated in accordance with the notice period contained in legislation.
Confidentiality
In the event that you have access to confidential information in the course of your employment, it is a condition of your employment that you keep this information confidential during the course of your employment and after your employment ceases. This applies particularly to financial. All materials remain the property of ours.
