本课的设计可以分为三个部分——Pre-reading,while-reading和Post-reading。
在读前活动中，通过2个Brainstorm的活动，激活学生关于colours和animals的旧知，进而过渡到新知的学习。
在绘本阅读的环节中，通过丰富的教学活动，例如听一听，猜一猜，看一看，读一读等激发学生的学习兴趣，在感受绘本图片魅力的同时，促进各项英语能力的发展。
在读后环节中，鼓励学生进行绘本故事的表演，并进行大胆的创编，目的是为了训练学生绘本信息的输出能力和提升学生的人文素养。
整节课的设计致力于呈现一个完整的故事情节，让孩子融入这一故事情境去接触英语，进而提升学生的英语阅读能力和英语综合语言运用能力，其向外辐射的统整性主要体现在：1.提供优质的语言学习经验。
英文绘本不仅能启发孩子想象，其故事本身更是一个整体的语言应用实例，可以提供给孩子学习英语的真实生活情境和丰富语汇，能协助孩子发展语言能力。

本节课的教学目的是通过阅读绘本《Brown Bear。

What Do You See?》来研究掌握各种颜色和动物的单词，并能够复述故事。
教学重点是研究掌握绘本上的单词和句型，难点是能够复述故事并将故事的句型拓展到生活中。
在课前热身环节，我们可以先唱一首歌《Hello。

How Are You?》，然后讨论日期、天气和颜色等话题，通过
复和研究颜色单词来引入故事。
接下来，在阅读故事时，我们可以先让学生看图，读故事，并研究故事中的单词和句型，例如“What do you see。
