这样就轻易地战胜一部分标题不够明确的竞争者。
又如:这个标题就很明确。
把邮件内容基本概括清楚。
且标题长度适中。
最近在网上也看到一些类似的文章,摘些精华和大家分享。
例如来自阿里巴巴出口通的一篇文章写到:“一个不明确的主题,会让客人根本没兴趣去打开陌生人的邮件。
这个就需要经验了,内容要言简意赅,直接吸引客人通过主题去点开邮件,目的就达到了。
至于他看了以后有没有反应,就要看实际情况和你内容的功力了。
有些人写邮件会这样设置主题:“we are the manufacturer of lights”,又或者“need cooperation”,或者“Guangdong *** trading company ltd”,或者“pr ice list for lights-Guangdong *** trading company ltd”等等,一看就知道是推销信。
当你一个礼拜就收到一封推销信,你可能会有兴趣看看,但是如果你一天收到N封推销信,估计就会很厌烦,直接删掉算是客气的了。
所以如何把主题写好,让客人知道这是封推销信,还是要忍不住打开看看?就要根据实际情况来判断了。
举个例子吧,假设我是做太阳能灯的公司DEF Co. Ltd,目前公司最大的客人是美国的Home Depot,尽管可能是通过贸易商做的,不是直接合作,但是完全可以当作一个开发新客人的筹码!如果我要写一封开发信给美国的ABC inc(这个名字是我编的),我从google上了解了一些这个公司的信息,知道他们是美国的进口商,有做太阳能灯系列,希望能试着开发这个客人,我一般会这样写主题,“Re: ABC inc/Home Depot vendor-solar light/DEF Co., Ltd.”其中,ABC inc代表了客人的公司名,你在写给他的主题上首先加上他公司名,表示对他们公司的尊重;Home Depot vendor-solar light明确表示你是北美第二大零售商Home Depot的太阳能灯供应商,既表明了实力,也勾起他的兴趣;最后的DEF Co., Ltd.代表自己公司。
这样一来,假设你找对了人,这个正是ABC 公司太阳能灯的buyer,又或者是他的某一个主管,突然某一天收到这么一个主题的邮件,哇,home depot的供应商找上来了,太棒了,应该看看是不是有合作机会,是不是比原有供应商更好?他打开邮件的概率会非常非常大!再说了,这个主题设置的还有一个好处,就是客人即使暂时不回你邮件,只是放在收件箱里,但是将来某一天他突然想让你报报价,很容易就能找到这封邮件!只要关键词输入home depot,保证一下子就找到。
”此一招可谓独辟蹊径,给人耳目一新的感觉。
循此线索,如能举一反三,练出属于自己的独门绝技,善莫大焉。
这位仁兄还将一些常见的问题和建议总结如下:a.不推荐:1)、Establishing Business Relations (十有八九会被退回)2)、We are XXXX Chemical Co., Ltd. (在对方还不知道你们公司的时候,这样写无疑是要被打入垃圾邮件组)3)、Chemical Raw Materials (只有产品名称,对方会感到莫明其妙)b.推荐:1)、Supplying High Quality Chemical Raw Materials (很普通,打开率50%)2)、Chemical Materials from China (有产品,有国家)3)、Chemical Raw Materials Supplier (有点贸易商的感觉)4)、Serve High Quality Chemical Materials (感觉用serve比supply稍好一点)c.强烈推荐:1)、Chemical Materials for XXXX Industry (有具体的应用领域)2)、XXXX from China (写出具体的产品名称,前提是你要知道对方的行业以及需要什么产品)3)、For/To XXXX (写出对方的名字或者公司名,阅读率应该算是最高的,但是发信速度也是最慢的)4)、RE:Chemicals (加上Re有一种回复的感觉)5)、Re: Quotation about chemicals for XXX(有价格有产品有对方公司名称)6)、Re: XXX inc/Home Depot vendor-solar light/DEF Co., Ltd.(有对方公司名称,有合作大买家,有自己公司名称,万无一失)摘在此处以供大家参考。
2.作为开发信标题还要有自己的特性,从形式到内容都要新颖:这里再借鉴一位仁兄发表到福步上的一些经验,您看看是不是很有启发呢?摘录如下:“开发信标题的作用!您是否还在使用以下的开发信标题?一.问候性的标题:How are you?How is your business going?......二.毫无意义的疑问句Do you want *** product?Are you searching for *** supplier?......三.没有任何力度的陈述句Good supplier from China*** company form China*** product supplierBusiness of *** productWe want to establish business relationship with youSeeking business cooperationChance of cooperation about ***......实际效果怎么样呢?是否挺让人沮丧的?解决办法:一.就开发信标题问题我也和我的一个客户谈到过。
不同客户的心理虽然各不相同,但总的来说都喜欢看到新颖,简洁,最好带点创造性的标题。
总体来说,只要在标题里注明自己的产品,加上一点点新意,你的标题就会与那些群发的明显与众不同。
就我自己而言,我做空调业务,一般用的是"Stay Cool With Us--*** air conditioner" 一语双关;或者"Your air, we care -- *** air conditioner" 押韵。
这里只是抛砖引玉,希望大家多花点时间思考一下二.标题也可以直接勇敢地使用一些有力度的疑问句,如:Are you satisfy with your present supplier?Are you tired of buying inferior *** product?其他的等等三.直接用 RE: 或者多个。
RE:RE:RE: + title 作为开头,第一时间引起客户注意。
如果客户每天收发很多邮件,他不会在意你这样做的。
四.引用CathyJo的方法:写开发信都是在充分熟悉客户网站的基础上,观察他们网站的标语,然后就把相应的重要的放上去,人家一看这个标题很熟悉,就会打开来看的了。
不管是谁,对自己企业的口号类标语总是会多看几眼的我和我的朋友们一直使用这几种发法,受益颇多。
