第二章边境地区和平与稳定第四条维护边境地区和平与稳定双方承诺，坚决维护边境地区的和平与稳定，共同反对一切形式的恐怖主义、分裂主义和极端主义。

第五条防止边界纠纷双方应本着友好协商、公平合理、互谅互让的原则，解决边界问题。

在解决边界纠纷过程中，双方应保持克制，避免采取可能导致局势紧张的言行。

第六条加强边境管控双方应加强边境管控，确保边境地区的安全与安宁。

具体措施包括：（一）加强边境巡逻，共同打击跨境犯罪活动；（二）加强边境口岸管理，提高通关效率；（三）加强边境地区信息共享，共同防范跨境犯罪。

第三章边境地区合作第七条政治合作双方应加强政治互信，增进友好感情，推动双边关系持续、稳定、健康发展。

第八条经济合作双方应充分发挥边境地区的优势，加强经贸合作，实现互利共赢。

（一）加强边境贸易，促进两国边境地区经济发展；（二）推动边境地区基础设施建设，提高通关便利化水平；（三）开展边境地区投资合作，吸引外资进入边境地区。

本关任务还是比较难的，因为本关很多任务的敌人都是战斗力很强的
BUG CIA LISTENING POST
这个任务主要是让你去瘫痪CIA的监听系统。

本关还是比较简单的。

敌人数量不是很多。

本任务可以作为你熟练一下具体操作的任务。

这个任务需要你去商店买齐2个INTEL
首先来到地下室，把地下室的VIDEO FEED切断；然后吸引一个CIA下来；使用锁喉干掉他。

这里不建议大部分敌人使用肉搏来消灭。

因为敌人稍微听到任何枪响就会拉动全地图警报
然后一路沿着楼梯上去。

这里可以看到楼上敌人在2个比较分散的巡逻位置。

此时建议使用隐身技能爬上楼梯干掉他们
然后HACK掉一楼的电脑；如果你有EMP直接瘫痪掉更好
然后出房间，一路沿着楼梯上去。

楼梯上面只有1个敌人，背后锁喉掉即可
来到目标的房间，使用空格键进行特殊动作；然后隔壁房间的2个CIA会自动跑出来；锁喉干掉他们；然后进到里面的房间HACK掉对于德电脑
然后沿着楼梯一直往下；这个时候出口会自动出来一个CIA；使用隐身技能接近她干掉即可；然后前进到出口出去即可完成任务。
