1. 骨肉瘤：骨肉瘤是最常见的骨肿瘤，占不同类型骨肿瘤的总数的60-80%。
它们的特征是形成一种由混乱的骨骼和肌肉组织组成的混合物，可以在骨骼受伤处形成。
骨肉瘤又可以分为平滑肌肉瘤、脂肪肉瘤和
纤维肉瘤。
2. 骨软骨肿瘤：骨软骨肿瘤包括骨髓和骨髓囊肿、软骨母细胞瘤，它
们在儿童患者中更为常见。
骨髓和骨髓囊肿多发生在脊柱、骨盆和上
肢骨骼，会对骨头和组织造成压迫，软骨母细胞瘤多发生在椎间盘处，症状则包括局部的活动不便和疼痛。
3. 骨多形瘤：骨多形瘤也是一类常见的恶性骨肿瘤，占不同骨肿瘤的
总数的5-10%。
它们的特征复杂，细胞形态和分布不同。

4. 骨髓型肿瘤：这一类肿瘤是在骨髓和骨周组织发现的，包括骨髓肾
上腺瘤、大B细胞淋巴瘤和血管内皮肿瘤等，病变细胞可以伴随脂肪
混合在骨髓内或周围骨骼。
5. 细胞性骨肿瘤：这类肿瘤是由细胞增殖再加上对软骨和骨组织的损
伤所导致的，包括骨细胞瘤、套毛细胞瘤和椎体细胞瘤等。
细胞瘤多
发生在骨盆、脊柱、上肢骨骼，受累部位多影响脊椎尾部。
6. 骨质粗糙病：这种疾病是由于骨质细胞上皮细胞异常增殖所致，其
临床表现为骨质骨折、外观改变和疼痛等。
受累体部有头骨、面颊骨、颌骨、肩胛、锁骨、跖骨和髋骨等。

（1）良性骨肿瘤良性骨肿瘤是指生长缓慢、不侵犯周围组织和器官、不发生转移的肿瘤。
根据病理学特征，良性骨肿瘤可分为骨膜瘤、软骨瘤、骨纤维瘤、骨巨细胞瘤、纤维母细胞瘤等。
（2）恶性骨肿瘤恶性骨肿瘤是指生长迅速、侵犯周围组织和器官、能发生转移的肿瘤。
常见的恶性骨肿瘤有骨肉瘤、软骨肉瘤、恶性纤维组织细胞瘤、多发性骨髓瘤等。
2、继发性骨肿瘤继发性骨肿瘤是指肿瘤起源于身体其他部位的恶性肿瘤，在发生转移时侵犯到骨骼系统。
常见的继发性骨肿瘤有乳腺癌、肺癌、前列腺癌等。
二、病理分类根据骨肿瘤的病理形态和组织学类型，可分为以下几类。
1、骨肉瘤骨肉瘤是一种高度恶性的骨肿瘤，常见于10-25岁的青少年和年轻成人。
病理学上表现为骨细胞分化不良，呈现出高度异型性和增殖活跃性。
骨肉瘤的临床表现以局部疼痛和肿胀为主，常伴有局部压痛和活动受限。
2、软骨肉瘤软骨肉瘤是一种高度恶性的软骨组织肿瘤，常见于30-60岁的成人。
病理学上表现为软骨细胞异型性和异形增生，同时伴有坏死和出血。
软骨肉瘤的临床表现以局部疼痛和肿胀为主，常伴有关节肿胀和活动受限。
3、骨巨细胞瘤骨巨细胞瘤是一种良性的骨肿瘤，常见于20-40岁的年轻人。
病理学上表现为多核巨细胞增生和骨吸收。
骨巨细胞瘤的临床表现以局部疼痛和肿胀为主，常伴有关节活动度减少。
4、骨纤维瘤骨纤维瘤是一种良性的骨肿瘤，常见于10-30岁的年轻人。
病理学上表现为成纤维细胞和骨母细胞的增生。
