①播放《Thunder》，学唱歌曲。

②展示国旗图片，并出示温度，同”桌二人用句型：“What’s

the weather like in…？”Its..and..”来练习对话。

Step 2:Presentation

①教师用呈现图片的形式教学五个描述天气”情况的词汇，并用句子“What’s the weather like in...?”和学生进行问答练习，帮助学生巩固生词。

②教师出示世界地图，介绍一些主要城市，然后带学生读几遍表示城市名称的单词。

③教师说表示城市名称的单词，学生在地图上指出城市的位置。

④教师播放本部分的录音，让学生跟读录音，

学习正确的语音语调。

⑤让学生根据情景图，介绍地图上各城市的天”气情况，然后同桌合作，运用句型：““What’s the weather like in…?”Its ……”进行问答练习。

⑥完成“Read”and”write”。 通过说唱歌谣加动作表演，引导学生尽快进入课堂，活跃课堂气氛。

三、课前准备：

1.几张班里同学的照片。

2.John和他妈妈的图片。

四、教学过程：

（一）热身／复习（Warm-up/Revision）

1.复习上单元的单词，学生进行比赛，听本单元的歌曲“ Friends”

2.做“猜人”的游戏。让一个学生描述班里某一个同学的模样，其他同学来猜这个人是谁。

尽量多做几组，练习句型Who's he/she? He/She is ….. （二）呈现新课 （Presentation）

单词学习

1.教师出示Sarah和Chen Jie 的图片，教授朋友这个单词——friend，并说明They are friends. They are friendly.

B Let’s talk，Let’s play教案设计

整体设计思路：

本课时选自PEP小学英语四年级上册第三单元B部分Let’s talk和Let’s play的内容，此课是第三课时，属于会话教学课，主要是引导学生对别人的外貌特征和学好做大概的描述。并要求学生能区分男女分别用哪些人称代词。对he, his, she,

her这些代词与物主代词的初步认识和运用。

本堂课紧紧围绕“学生为主体，教师为主导”的教学思想，通过创设“介绍朋友”的情景，让学生大胆说英语。通过玩游戏、猜一猜等方法来激发学生学习英语的兴趣。因为四年级阶段的孩子已经学了一年多的英语，在三年级学习的基础上已经形成了一定的语言学习习惯。但是他们又不像三年级的孩子一样，对英语充满了强烈的好奇心和学习的热情。在教学时，通过任务型教学逐步引导学生在感知、理解、体验、运用短语的过程中习得语言。
