Hastelloy B-3物性参数Hastelloy B3执行标准Hastelloy B-3概述:B-3合金是镍钼合金家族中的一个新成员,它对任何温度和浓度的盐酸都有极好的抗腐蚀性。
同时它对硫酸、乙酸、蚁酸、磷酸及其他不具有氧化性的介质也具有良好的抗腐蚀性。
2.由于对其化学成分作了调整,它的热稳定性相比原来的B-2合金有了大幅的提高。
B-3合金对点蚀、应力腐蚀、刀口腐蚀和焊接的热影响区的腐蚀等均有很高的抗力。

应用范围B-3合金可适用于先前B-2合金所有用途,同B-2合金我一样,B-3也不推荐使用于三价铁盐和二价铜盐存在的环境中,因为这些盐会很快引起腐蚀破坏。

不锈钢知识316和316L不锈钢316和317不锈钢(317不锈钢的性能见后)是含钼不锈钢种。
317不锈钢中的钼含量略高明于316不锈钢.由于钢中钼,该钢种总的性能优于310和304不锈钢,高温条件下,当硫酸的浓度低于15%和高于85%时,316不锈钢具有广泛的用途。
316不锈钢还具有良好的而氯化物侵蚀的性能,所以通常用于海洋环境。
316L不锈钢的最大碳含量0.03,可用于焊接后不能进行退火和需要最大耐腐蚀性的用途中。
耐腐蚀性:耐腐蚀性能优于304不锈钢,在浆和造纸的生产过程中具有良好的耐腐蚀的性能。
而且316不锈钢还耐海洋和侵蚀性工业大气的侵蚀。
耐热性:在1600度以下的间断使用和在1700度以下的连续使用中,316不锈钢具有好的耐氧化性能:在800-1575度的范围内,最好不要连续作用316不锈钢,但在该温度范围以外连续使用316不锈钢时,该不锈钢具有良好的耐热性。
316L不锈钢的耐碳化物析出的性能比316不锈钢更好,可用上述温度范围。
热处理:在1850-2050度的温度范围内进行退火,然后迅速退火,然后迅速冷却。
316不锈钢不能过热处理进行硬化。
焊接:316不锈钢具有良好的焊接性能。
可采用所有标准的焊接方法进行焊接。
焊接时可根据用途,分别采用316Cb、316L或309Cb不锈钢填料棒或焊条进行焊接。

我国不锈钢管制造业应健康、蓬勃发展随着我国经济建设的快速发展,不锈钢的消费量不断增加,其中不锈钢管的需求量同样日趋扩大,市场前景看好。
然而,目前国产不锈钢管在品种、规格、数量、质量等方面与市场需求有一定差距。
品种方面,国产不锈钢无缝钢管仍然以国外淘汰的1Gr18Ni9Ti为主,国产的尿素级、高精度不锈钢质量还很难保证;电站锅炉的热交换器管、化肥装置用尿素管等主要依靠进口;具有良好耐腐蚀性能的双相不锈钢管,国内生产很少。
不锈钢弹簧不锈钢弹簧简介不锈钢弹簧同弹簧一样是机械和电子行业中广泛使用的一种弹性元件,弹簧在受载时能产生较大的弹性变形,把机械功或动能转化为变形能,而卸载后弹簧的变形消失并回复原状,将变形能转化为机械功或动能。
适用在要求防腐,耐温,无磁等范围。
不锈钢弹簧种类不锈钢弹簧按受力性质,不锈钢弹簧可分为拉伸弹簧、压缩弹簧、扭转弹簧和弯曲弹簧,按形状可分为碟形弹簧、环形弹簧、板弹簧、螺旋弹簧、截锥涡卷弹簧以及扭杆弹簧等。
普通圆柱弹簧由于制造简单,且可根据受载情况制成各种型式,结构简单,故应用最广。
弹簧的一般来说应具有高的弹性极限、疲劳极限、冲击韧性及良好的耐热耐腐蚀性能等,常用的材料有参考如上。
常用弹簧丝直径20毫米以下的用冷卷法,有些弹簧在制成后还要进行强压或抛光处理,可提高弹簧的承载能力。
不锈钢弹簧采用材料不锈钢弹簧采用材料国产不锈钢304,302,301,316,316L,321.202.201.430.420,及进口韩国象牌,KOS高丽商事等。
T302/T304的机械性能,耐蚀性能优异,是最常用的不锈钢弹簧材料。
T316推荐用于高度耐腐蚀及无磁性之场合,但机械性能低于T302/T304。
T631J1/T631用于耐热弹簧及经过热处理后具有高抗张强度之弹簧,但耐腐蚀性能较T302/T304差。
不锈钢弹簧具备以下特点:1.均匀且美观的表面状态。
2.良好的成形性,均匀的弹性。
3.高塑性,抗疲劳强度,耐热耐腐蚀性能佳。
4.交货表面状态由用户选择:裸线、镀镍弹簧线、镀树脂弹簧线,同时又分为亮面、雾面、半亮面。

5.无论是无磁性或弱磁性的弹簧线。

不锈钢弹簧线标准本标准适用于弹簧用不锈钢丝。
