水上屋的房号是201～217，其中201是最靠近岛屿，217是最远离岛屿，可以看到更多鱼，201～204可以在阳台看日落，214～217可以在阳台看日出。
水上屋一进去有一个前关，有一个大衣橱，水壶和水杯在边上。
房间里的设施和沙滩屋类似，只是地板是木质的，而沙滩屋则是瓷砖。

水上屋的卫生间有两个洗脸池，一个淋浴和一个浴缸，也有门通往阳台。
