1摘要随着地铁牵引供电接触网悬挂形式的变迁,刚性悬挂技术在地铁中表现出了良好发展潜力。
虽然其一次投资费用稍高,但安全性能高,污染少,维护材料与人工费用少,远期效益明显。
在国外地铁界,架空刚性接触网已大量采用,效果很好。
架空刚性接触网有很多的特点:整体结构简洁、锚段关节和线岔安装调试方便、网两端无需设置下锚张力补偿装置、没有断线之忧、施工安装和维护检修精度要求高等等,另外架空刚性接触网能很好地满足低净空隧道要求,适用于地下铁道。
架空刚性接触网的运行维护检修缺少资料和经验,只能通过实践摸索和积累。
笔者针对成都地铁刚性接触网的实际情况,并参考了大量国内外资料,对架空刚性接触网的组成、特点和检修进行了粗浅探讨。

地铁中牵引供电的刚性接触网一、地铁牵引接触网的形式与发展地铁建设要选择成熟可靠的技术,但也要尽量采用先进技术。
柔性接触网与第三轨式接触网用于城市地铁和城轨交通已多年了,在我国属于成熟技术。
钢铝复合轨与刚性悬挂技术在地铁更具有良好的发展潜力,虽然其一次投资费用稍高,但维护材料与人工费用大为减小,其远期效益是显而易见的。
目前,架空刚性悬挂经过广州地铁试验示范段的建设基本实现了关键部件的国产化,但钢铝复合轨目前国内还不能生产,这将会增加一些建设投资费用,因此,应根据市场发展前景加快国产化的进程。
早期的城市地下铁道都采用低电压的直流第三轨式接触网,如1863年开通的伦敦地铁( DC 630 V)、1904年开通的纽约地铁(DC 625 V)以及1935年开通的莫斯科地铁(DC 825V)。
采用第三轨的优点是为了减少开挖土方,降低净空和方便维修。
随着电工材料和输变电技术的发展,直流牵引输电电压逐步增大。
提高输电电压可以相应地减少输变电的电能损耗,减少变电站的数量,降低电力设备费用。
因此同一条线路,如果电站配置得当,则 1 500 V电压与750 V相比,前者可以少建一半的变电站且架空网输电供电设施的费用仅为后者的70%左右,同时相同功率的电动车辆的电器设备的重量与体积也会随电流的减小而减少。
较高的电压在同等条件下能够传输较高的功率,因而更利于速度的提高。
但是,第三轨与地面距离较近,绝缘和安全的难度大,这就限制了电压的提高,后来修建的地铁接触网转而向架空线(柔性接触网)发展。
1955年开通的罗马地铁率先采用了1 500 V直流架空接触网,1960年以后日本的地铁也大都采用这种接触网。
我国近十几年来新上地铁的城市,如上海、广州、深圳等也都采用的是直流 1 500 V 架空接触网。
地铁为了减少隧道净空,近年来多采用以弹性支座或弓形腕臂作支持部件的弹性简单悬挂。
不过架空接触网与第三轨式接触网相比,地铁隧道横断面增大,土建费增多;冷拉电解铜接触线易磨损;接触网检测维护比较复杂,需专用的接触网检测车且维修周期短、费用高。
