The product is exposed to the pressure of the potting material with the effect that the ferrite body and termination is possibly damaged by this pressure and so the electrical as well as the mechanical characteristics are endangered to be affected. After the potting material is cured, the ferrite body and termination of the product have to be checked if any reduced electrical or mechanical functions or destructions have occurred.The responsibility for the applicability of customer specific products and use in a particular customer design is always within the authority of the customer. All technical specifications for standard products do also apply to customer specific products.Cleaning agents that are used to clean the customer application might damage or change the characteristics of the component, body, pins or termination.Direct mechanical impact to the product shall be prevented as the ferrite material of the ferrite body could flake or in the worst case it could break.Product specific:Follow all instructions mentioned in the data sheet, especially:•The soldering profile has to be complied with according to the technical reflow soldering specification, otherwise this will void the warranty.• Wave soldering is only allowed after evaluation and approval.•All products shall be used before the end of the period of 12 months based on th product date code, if not a 100% solderability can´t be ensured.•Violation of the technical product specifications such as exceeding the nominal rated current will void the warranty.The general and product specific cautions comply with the state of the scientific and technical knowledge and are believed to be accurate and reliable; however, no responsibility is assumed for inaccuracies or incompleteness.1. 说说磁珠(Ferrite Bead)第一次使用磁珠还是在实习的时候,但是看原理图发现有个元件写着”Bea d”,单位是100欧姆,用万用表测,导通,电阻约为0。
当时就很奇怪,是什么有什么用?后来问了师兄,才知道,这个是磁珠,相当于电感,通直流阻交流(不准确)。
这就是我当初对磁珠的印象。
磁珠全称为铁氧体磁珠,Ferrite Bead,简写FB。
磁珠的单位是欧姆,而不是亨特,这一点要特别注意。
因为磁珠的单位是按照它在某一频率产生的阻抗来标称的,阻抗的单位也是欧姆。
磁珠的 DATASH EET上一般会提供频率和阻抗的特性曲线图,一般以100MHz为标准,比如60 0R@100MHz,意思就是在100MHz频率的时候磁珠的阻抗相当于600欧姆。
磁珠的结构X射线下的结构(真的活像线圈)磁珠的等效模型R bead是磁珠的直流电阻;L bead是磁珠的等效电感;Cpar和Rpar是并联电容和电阻。
在低频的时候,Cpar开路,L bead短路,只有直流电阻R bead。
当频率增加的时候,阻抗(JwL bead)随着L bead的增加线性增加,阻抗(1/jwCpar)随着Cpar的减小而相反增长。
磁珠的阻抗频率曲线图上升斜率主要由电感L bead决定。
在高频到达一定频率点时,Cpar的阻抗开始起主要作用。
磁珠的阻抗开始减小。
阻抗频率曲线的斜率下降主要由磁珠的寄生电容Cpar所决定。
Rpar对抑制品质因素(Q-factor)有作用,无论如何,Rpar和Cpar的值增长过大会增加磁珠的品质因素和减小磁珠的有效带宽。
高品质因素(Q)可能导致电源输送网络瞬态频率响应不想要的抬升。
Z=R+jxZ:阻抗R:电阻X:电抗磁珠的电性参数Z(阻抗) [Z]@100MHz (ohm)磁珠的阻抗是指在电流下所有阻抗的总和,包括交流与直流部分。
阻抗的直流部分仅仅是绕线的直流电阻,交流部分包括电感电抗。
下面的公式计算了一个理想电感在正弦交流信号下的电感电抗。
什么是磁珠?(Ferrite['ferait] bead[bi:d])磁珠有很高的电阻率和磁导率,他等效于电阻和电感串联,但电阻值和电感值都随频率变化。
他比普通的电感有更好的高频滤波特性,在高频时呈现阻性,所以能在相当宽的频率范围内保持较高的阻抗,从而提高调频滤波效果。
作为电源滤波,可以使用电感。
磁珠的电路符号就是电感但是型号上可以看出使用的是磁珠在电路功能上,磁珠和电感是原理相同的,只是频率特性不同罢了磁珠由氧磁体组成,电感由磁心和线圈组成,磁珠把交流信号转化为热能,电感把交流存储起来,缓慢的释放出去。
磁珠对高频信号才有较大阻碍作用,一般规格有100欧/100mMHZ ,它在低频时电阻比电感小得多。
铁氧体磁珠(Ferrite Bead) 是目前应用发展很快的一种抗干扰组件,廉价、易用,滤除高频噪声效果显着。
在电路中只要导线穿过它即可(我用的都是象普通电阻模样的,导线已穿过并胶合,也有表面贴装的形式,但很少见到卖的)。
当导线中电流穿过时,铁氧体对低频电流几乎没有什么阻抗,而对较高频率的电流会产生较大衰减作用。
高频电流在其中以热量形式散发,其等效电路为一个电感和一个电阻串联,两个组件的值都与磁珠的长度成比例。
磁珠种类很多,制造商应提供技术指标说明,特别是磁珠的阻抗与频率关系的曲线。
有的磁珠上有多个孔洞,用导线穿过可增加组件阻抗(穿过磁珠次数的平方),不过在高频时所增加的抑制噪声能力不可能如预期的多,而用多串联几个磁珠的办法会好些。
铁氧体是磁性材料,会因通过电流过大而产生磁饱和,导磁率急剧下降。
大电流滤波应采用结构上专门设计的磁珠,还要注意其散热措施。
铁氧体磁珠不仅可用于电源电路中滤除高频噪声(可用于直流和交流输出),还可广泛应用于其它电路,其体积可以做得很小。
特别是在数字电路中,由于脉冲信号含有频率很高的高次谐波,也是电路高频辐射的主要根源,所以可在这种场合发挥磁珠的作用。
铁氧体磁珠还广泛应用于信号电缆的噪声滤除。

Ferrite beadFor other uses,see Bead (disambiguation).A ferrite bead is a passive electric componentthatA ferrite bead at the end of a Mini USBcableA ferrite bead with its plastic shellremovedAn RF inductor wound on a ferrite bead,and a PCB mount fer-ritebead.A collection of snap-on/clamp-on ferrite beadssuppresses high frequency noise in electronic circuits.It is a specific type of electronic choke .Ferrite beads employ high frequency current dissipation in a ferrite ceramic to build high frequency noise suppression devices.Ferrite beads may also be called blocks,cores ,rings,EMI filters,or chokes.[1][2]1OverviewFerrite beads prevent interference in two directions:from a device or to a device.[1]A conductive cable acts as an antenna –if the device produces radio frequency energy,this can be transmitted through the cable,which acts as an unintentional radiator .In this case the bead is required for regulatory compliance ,to reduce EMI .Conversely,if there are other sources of EMI,such as household ap-pliances,the bead prevents the cable from acting as an antenna and receiving interference from these other de-vices.This is particularly common on data cables and on medical equipment.[1]Large ferrite beads are commonly seen on external ca-bling.Various smaller ferrite beads are used internally in circuits—on conductors or around the pins of small circuit-board components,such as transistors,connectors and integrated circuits .Ferrite beads are used as inductors to form a passive low-pass filter .The geometry and electromagnetic prop-erties of coiled wire over the ferrite bead result in an impedance for high-frequency signals,attenuating high frequency EMI /RFI electronic noise.The energy is ei-ther reflected back up the cable,or dissipated as low level heat.Only in extreme cases is the heat noticeable.A pure inductor does not dissipate energy but it produces reactance that impedes the flow of higher frequency sig-124EXTERNAL LINKSnals.This reactance is commonly referred to simply as impedance,although impedance can be any combination of resistance and reactance.A ferrite core or bead can be added to an inductor to improve,in two ways,its ability to block unwanted high frequency noise.First,the ferrite concentrates the mag-neticfield,increases inductance and therefore reactance, which impedes or‘filters out’the noise.Second,if the ferrite is so designed,it can produce an additional loss in the form of resistance in the ferrite itself.The ferrite creates an inductor with a very low Q factor.[3]This loss heats the ferrite,but normally it is a negligible amount of heat.While the signal level is large enough to cause in-terference,or undesirable effects in sensitive circuits,the energy blocked is typically quite small.Depending on the application,the resistive loss characteristic of the ferrite may or may not be desired.A design that uses a ferrite bead to improve noisefiltering must take into account specific circuit characteristics and the frequency range to block.Different ferrite materials have different properties with respect to frequency,and manufacturer’s literature helps select the most effective material for the frequency range.[3][4]Ferrite beads are one of the simplest and least expensive types of interferencefilters to install on preexisting elec-tronic cabling.For a simple ferrite ring,the wire is sim-ply wrapped around the core through the center,typically five or seven times.Clamp-on cores are also available, which attach without wrapping the wire:this type of fer-rite core is usually designed so that the wire passes only once through it.If thefit is not snug enough,the core can be secured with cable ties or,if the center is large enough,the cabling can loop through one or more times.
