2017国家公务员考试招录市(地)级职位定向招录

2016年10月13日上午,中共中央组织部、人力资源社会保障部和国家公务员局联合对外发布《中央机关及其直属机构2016年度考试录用公务员新闻通稿》(后简称《新闻通稿》),宣布2017年度国考招考工作即将开始。
据悉,招考公告将于13日发布,10月15日开始网上报名,24日报名截止,11月27日进行公共科目笔试。
今年的国考政策整体上依然保持着连续性和稳定性,重视基层的用人导向也连续几年成为了国考招录的一大“主旋律”。
值得一提的是,今年国考更是将专门用于定向招录计划服务期满、考核合格的服务基层项目人员的中央机关直属机构市(地)级以下职位比例由往年的10%上升至15%左右,大学生村官仍然是招录重点。
“四项目人员”在响应国家号召,支援基层建设上做出了重要贡献,因此国家坚定不移的在国考政策上对这样的特殊人员进行特殊照顾是十分必要的,既是对这类人员的鼓励,也能吸引更多人加入“四项目人员”队伍,满足国家发展需要。
除此之外,国考招录重视基层的用人导向还在以下两个方面上保持着延续性: 1、省级以上党政机关录用公务员,除部分特殊职位和专业性较强的职位外,全部用于招录具有2
年以上基层工作经历的人员。
