apply to sb.for sth.向某人申请……
n.application申请;应用;涂抹
(4)ought to do…:应该做……
=should do…
二者可以互换,但是should谈的是自己的主观看法;ought to则更多反映客观情况,在谈到法律、义务和规定时使用。

区别:be tired from/ with+n./doing(原因)…因……感到疲倦
