SCS型、TASA系列模拟式电子汽车衡,适用于港口、码头、机场、矿山、冶金、物资、仓库以及工厂企业的大宗载重货物车辆的称重计量。

全电子汽车衡技术文件一、全电子汽车衡工作原理及系统组成1、工作原理:全电子汽车衡:载荷(一般指货物或货车等)进入承载器上,在物体重力作用下,使称重传感器弹性体产生变形,粘贴于弹性体上的应变计桥路阻抗失去平衡,输出与重量数值成比例的电信号,经称重仪表的放大器、A/D转换器等将模拟信号转换成数字信号,再经仪表的微处理器(CPU)对重量信号进行处理后直接显示重量等数据从而实现货物或车辆的称量。
2、系统组成:全电子汽车衡系统标准配置由秤台、称重传感器和称重显示部分(包括称重显示仪表、接线盒和信号电缆)三大基本单元组成,根据用户的不同需要可选购其它外接设备以组成各种配置,包括:计算机、打印机、电源浪涌保护器、稳压电源及多功能电源插座。
精确度等级(国标)由非线性,滞后,重复性,蠕变,零点温度系数,灵敏度温度系数六项指标中最大的误差确定。
分为0.02,0.03,0.05等额定输出即灵敏度,传感器承受最大称量时,输出值与激励电压之比。
标准灵敏度有1,1.5,2,2.5,3mv/V 5档,我公司为2mv/V非线性传感器进程校准曲线与理论直线的偏差重复性在相同的负荷及环境下,连续数次进程所得传感器输出读数之间的差值滞后施加同一载荷时传感器输出读数之间的最大差值,其中一次是进程读数,另一次是回程读数零点输出传感器零载时的输出值蠕变负荷不变,所有环境及其他变量不变的情况下,传感器输出随时间的变化。
(考核时间影响)零点温度系数温度变化引起的零点漂移。
(考核温度影响)灵敏度温度系数温度变化引起的零灵敏度漂移。
(考核温度影响)补偿温度范围在此温度范围内,传感器各项技术指标符合样本所列的要求二、全钢结构汽车衡的结构性能:目前我公司生产的全钢结构电子汽车衡,是自行开发研制的第四代钢体秤。
其设计采用U型钢截面的冷弯槽钢,组焊成多个封闭箱体的力学结构原理,使得汽车衡秤台在整体钢度、抗扭、抗弯、台面局部抗压以及遇横向压力时的变形量等的各项性能指标都有很大的提高。

它们所构成的称重测量系统能充分发挥传感器和仪表的准确性、可靠性和自诊断功能。
