绝对值编码器说明书篇一:绝对值和增量编码器的使用方法绝对值编码起怎么接到X40-S1的输入模块上,程序上需要怎么处理,绝对值编码器是并行输出的雷格码或2进制,程序需要怎么读取。
高手指点下,要么给点资料学习下如果我选的是10位雷格码的绝对值编码器,他有13根线,11根与X40-S1相连,2跟线接24V电源,程序用MOV 指令把X0-XA 11个I/O点的雷格数据移到D0 在把D0雷格码数据转BIN数据到D1 如果我要100数据时,机器停止,用比较指令当D1等于100时触发M0切断Y0 机器停止就是定位在100的数据对应的位置,如果Q没有格雷码读取指令的话,自己做过子程序就行了增量型编码器一般都是集电极开路输出,电压输出,或线性输出,输出的是A相,B相,Z相脉冲等,一般如果不用断电后仍要记录位置的场合都可以用增量型编码器,增量型编码器可以接入到到高数计数功能的PLC,也可以接到常用的计数器绝对型编码器输出的是二进制码或格雷码等,即使是断电后也能记录下当前的位置.绝对值编码器需要接入例如CQM1H-ABB21这个绝对值编码器接口板,普通PLC的高数计数器不能接绝对值编码器.或者如果动作频率不是很高的话,并且电压符合规格,那绝对值编码器也可以接入PLC的普通输入点,通过程序里面按照编码器输出码的规格进行编程设置,也可以使用增量编码器:由一个中心有轴的光电码盘,其上有环形通、暗的刻线,有光电发射和接收器件读取,获得四组正弦波信号组合成A、B、C、D,每个正弦波相差90度相位差(相对于一个周波为360度),将C、D信号反向,叠加在A、B 两相上,可增强稳定信号;另每转输出一个Z相脉冲以代表零位参考位。
由于A、B两相相差90度,可通过比较A相在前还是B相在前,以判别编码器的正转与反转,通过零位脉冲,可获得编码器的零位参考位。
绝对型编码器:绝对编码器光码盘上有许多道光通道刻线,每道刻线依次以2线、4线、8线、16 线……编排,这样,在编码器的每一个位置,通过读取每道刻线的通、暗,获得一组从2的零次方到2的n-1次方的唯一的2进制编码(格雷码),这就称为n位绝对编码器。
