派利斯TM101 TM301调试说明
对于TM表的现场调试仅限于设置,报警(Alert),连锁(Danger)值的更改与设定,调试步骤如下:
1.确认接线正确。
2.调整探头间隙,A/P和B/S的电压为8V,TM101无需调整。
3.卸下TM表头上的小标牌(印有技术参数的白色小标牌)按下图对照进行操作。
4.将开关1置于“SET”(下) ;TM输出的值为设定值;
将开关2置于“ALERT” (上),调节电位器1,设置报警值;
将开关2置于“DANGER” (下), 调节电位器2,设置连锁值;
将开关1置于“NORMAL” (上),TM输出为探头测量值,安装好小标牌。
5.计算报警,连锁值方法:
a.可直接根据显示器读数进行设置;
b.使用万用表测电流值,其方法为“4-20Ma”与“0-满量程”之间的线性对比计算
报警值电流读数=4(mA)+16(mA)*报警值/满量程
注:用上位机量程设好,直接读数为好;设置完成后必须将“开关1置于”NORMAL”状态(上)。

TM016 地震式速度/加速度振动变送器
概述
就绝大多数旋转机械的振动保护而言,速度都是一个
首选的被监测参量。
对于变速箱和滚动轴承来说,加
速度则是最好的选择之一。
TM016采用固态回路电源
传感器,可输出加速度、速度,能提供与总振动成比
例的4-20mA 输出。
该输出可直接与PLC/DCS或其他接
收4-20mA信号的设备联结,如派利斯公司的PT2060
监测系统或者TM0200显示单元。
