如因甲方原因导致劳动者遭受工伤或意外事故，甲方将负责相应的经济赔偿和医疗费用。

七、保密义务（Confidentiality Obligations）1. 甲、乙双方都应保守对方提供的与本劳动派遣有关的商业秘密和机密信息。

2. 本条款在本合同终止后仍然有效，双方仍需承担保密义务。

八、违约责任（Liability for Breach）若任何一方违反本合同约定，应承担相应的违约责任，并赔偿对方因此所造成的损失。
