方法:将2018年5月至2019年12月本院耳鼻咽喉科57名实习生随机分为2组,实验组(“=29)采用症状为中心词的思维导图辅助带教;对照组(n=28)采用传统带教。
通过考核成绩分析及教学满意度问卷调查评价教学效果。
结果：出科时病例分析及病史书写成绩实验组优于对照组(PV0.05),理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科后1月病例分析、病史书写及理论考核成绩实验组均优于对照组(PV0.05)；教学满意度实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)o结论:症状为中心词的思维导图辅助教学有助于提高耳鼻咽喉科实习带教质量。
关键词:思维导图;耳鼻咽喉科;临床思维;教学中图分类号：G642.44献标识码：B文章编号:1672-0024(2020)06-0020-03Application of Symptom-Centered Mind Map in Clinical Teaching of OtorhinolaryngologyZHANG Sicong,LU Jie,ZHANG Yanni,CHEN Jianqiang,ZOU Jianding@(Affiliated Cixi Hospital,Wenzhou Medical University,Zhejiang315300,China)Abstract：[Objective]To explore the effect of symptom-centered mind map in Clinical Teaching of Otorhinolaryngology.[Method]57intern students were randomly divided into experimental group(n=29,Symptom-centered mind map assisted teaching)and control group(n=28,Traditional teaching).The teaching effects were evaluated by examinations and questionnaire surveys.[Result]At the end of the teaching,the case analysis and medical record writing scores of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the theoretical assessment between the two groups(P>0.05).The theoretical assessment,case analysis,and medical record writing of the experimental group were better than the control group after1month of teaching(P<0.05).The questionnaire surveys showed that the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Symptom-centered mind map teaching can improve the quality of otolaryngology practice teaching.Key words：mind map;otorhinolaryngology;clinical thinking；teaching耳鼻咽喉科是一门实践性很强的临床二级学科，解剖精细复杂，多种常见病种发展迅速且凶险⑴。
