RF输入处理器要考虑的基本因素选择USB功率传感器涉及许多与传统功率计和传感器相同的指标,频率范围、动态范围、准确度、清零和校准、测量速度和触发等因素对选型过程仍至关重要。
频率范围- 率传感器的频率范围非常广,覆盖从几kHz 到110 GHz的频率范围。
最常用的频率范围是6 GHz -20 GHz。
由于功率传感器是宽带检测器,因此它们在整个频率范围内检测输入上所有RF功率。
传感器内部存储的校准表会考虑传感器的频响变化。
动态范围- 态范围是传感器能够进行实用测量的功率范围。
这个范围取决于采用的传感器技术类型。
基于二极管的传感器动态范围最宽,通常在-60 dBm - +20 dBm 或更高。
