工业显示器的选择目前大量的LCD 产品中,制造工艺不尽相同,也并非所有都能应用在各个领域。
为了给LCD 和应用提供一个最佳的匹配,了解明确的目标市场及其特殊的设计要求非常重要。
例如,很多的显示器都是为消费应用设计和制造的,包括笔记本电脑,台式电脑和低端台式电脑的显示器。
然而,由于非常有竞争力的价格和实时市场因素,普通模块并不满足持久性,可靠性和那些工业环境所要求的高级特性。
在消费应用上产品的生命周期通常尤其短暂。
因此为这些应用而设计和制造的显示器一般只可使用1~2 年。
在过去的几年中,L C D已经在工业显示应用上取代了CRT,包括一些像工业自动系统和测试测量设备这样的领域。
对比CRT 显示器,L C D 为工业市场提供了更多方便,特别是在空间、可读性和持续性这些关键标准的选择方面。
一.空间限制空间问题,是工业领域的设计者需要考虑的一个显著因素。
LCD 在这方面优势明显,因为他们比 C R T 提供了更多的灵活性并且更薄,这些因素可以使他们更加容易在工业设备上找到合适的位置。
另一方面,CRT 的一些附带产品,需要占地较多,而且还要安置在工厂特定的地方。
另外,L C D 的装置设计更具可携带性,因此能灵活支持以前同等条件下贵重设备才能完成的工作。
二.可读性显示器的可读性是L C D 的另一个亮点。
重要的是,在工业应用上的显示器需要在一个强光环境下,从多角度支持清晰和精确的视觉效果。
绝大多数工业环境都是一个被强光包围的环境,这样就对显示的可读性提出了挑战。
环境越亮,L C D 的传送就越困难,因为人们的标准可读亮度在2 5 0 ~300cd/m2。
一些LCD 的制造者试图将范围扩展到450cd/m2 以上。
但是这些显示需要更多的能量而且这也不是最好的解决办法。
再者这些亮度水平还不足以在非常高亮的环境下发挥作用。
在高亮环境下提高显示器的可读性的解决办法之一就是不增大功耗的前提下提高对比度。
非工业环境下,典型的对比度范围是200:1~300:1,这对于机器操作者在一定距离外观看显示器是不够的。
SESC-400R型环境监测数据采集传输系统介绍1.总体介绍SESC-400R型环境监测数据采集传输系统是由我公司开发的环境监测数据采集传输系统,由嵌入式设备、工业电源、MODEM、触控液晶显示屏、机柜及上、下端数据采集处理传输等组成。
本系统已在福建省污染源点位成功稳定运行。
SESC-400R环境监测数据采集传输系统为福建省重点污染源自动监控系统提供了一套总体解决方案。
带有 Windows 的嵌入式控制器是一套满足此应用需求的完整解决方案。
它的无风扇和紧凑机械设计非常适合安装在污染源现场和小型车辆中,抗振和抗冲击设计使得它比常规工业 PC 更为可靠和耐用。
数据采集传输仪带有6个串行通讯端口的嵌入式控制器和模拟量输入模块结合在一起,支持与各种监测仪表连接,可以使此系统的安装极为快速和简单。
嵌入式控制器还带有 8 个2000Vdc隔离的数字量输入通道和 8 个2000Vdc 隔离的数字量输出通道,可以用于仪表运行开关机监测反控及监测点位电机、阀门或开关状态。

So extreme care should be taken when handling the LCD.● Excessive stress or pressure on the glass of the LCD should be avoided. Care must betaken to insure that no torsional or compressive forces are applied to the LCD unitwhen it is mounted.● If the customer's set presses the main parts of the LCD, the LCD may show the abnormaldisplay. But this phenomenon does not mean the malfunction of the LCD and should bepressed by the way of mutual agreement.● To determine the optimum mounting angle, refer to the viewing angle range in thespecification for each model.● Mount a LCD module with the specified mounting parts.8.2 Caution of LCD Handling and Cleaning●Since the LCD is made of glass, do not apply strong mechanical impact or static loadonto it. Handling with care since shock, vibration,and careless handling may seriouslyaffect the product. If it falls from a high place or receives a strong shock, the glass maybe broken.● The polarizers on the surface of panel are made from organic substances. Be verycareful for chemicals not to touch the polarizers or it leads the polarizers to be deteriorated.● If the use of a chemical is unavoidable, use soft cloth with solvent(recommended below)to clean the LCD‘s surface with wipe lightly.-IPA(Isopropyl Alcohol), Ethyl Alcohol, Trichlorotriflorothane● Do not wipe the LCD's surface with dry or hard materials that will damage the polarizersand others. Do not use the following solvent.-Water, Ketone, Aromatics● It is recommended that the LCD be handled with soft gloves during assembly, etc. Thepolarizers on the LCD's surface are vulnerable to scratch and thus to be damaged bysharp particles.● Do not drop water or any chemicals onto the LCD's surface.● A protective film is supplied on the LCD and should be left in place until the LCD isrequired for operation.● The ITO pad area needs special careful caution because it could be easily corroded.Do not contact the ITO pad area with HCFC,Soldering flux,Chlorine,Sulfur,saliva orfingerprint. To prevent the ITO corrosion, customers are recommended that the ITOarea would be covered by UV or silicon.OF 28 S8-*BA104S01-300 Product Specification258.3 Caution Against Static Charge● The LCD modules use C-MOS LSI drivers, so customers are recommended that any unused input terminal would be connected to Vdd or Vss, do not input any signals beforepower is turn on, and ground you body, work/assembly area, assembly equipments toprotect against static electricity.● Remove the protective film slowly, keeping the removing direction approximate30-degree not vertical from panel surface, If possible, under ESD control device likeion blower, and the humidity of working room should be kept over 50%RH to reduce therisk of static charge.● Avoid the use work clothing made of synthetic fibers. We recommend cotton clothing orother conductivity-treated fibers.● In handling the LCD, wear non-charged material gloves. 数控车床主要包括机械系统以及电气系统两大部分。
通常来说,对于电气系统而言,其无故障运行期在5-10年之间,随后便会进入到故障的高发时期,但是,一般数控车床其机械部件若保养良好一般能够使用20-25年,且精度、可靠及稳定性能仍可以保持较高水平。

1、数控车床电气控制系统1.1 数控车床的工作原理及其功能分析对于数控车床而言,以被加工零件的工作图以及工艺过程卡为依据,通过对数控代码及其程序格式进行加工程序编写的整个过程进行规定,在数控系统中进行准确加工程序的输入,并将已给定加工程序及输入信号进行相应的运算、控制及其处理,而后将处理结果发送至控制系统中,从而对机床各部件进行驱动,使其能够以机械加工相关要求为依据进行有序的运行,并自动进行合格零件的制作。
