量规的设计与反思
大家好,评价量规在教学实践后,我得出了以下的反思,优点有以下:
一、量规能够帮助学生和教师定义什么是高质量的学习,继而有助于更为清晰、准确的引导学生学习。
二、量规的使用使学生的朗读学习可视化、可测评,给学生提供了自我评价和评价他人的抓手,使学生有法可依,有章可循,使评价可视化、透明化。
三、量规的制定是师生共同努力的结果,在制定的过程中,学生充分思考、交流,这不仅使学生更加认同良规,而且锻炼了学生自主思考的能力。
但是在实践的过程中,我发现也有不足之处。
量规在具体的教学中到底应该放在哪一个环节才能使整节课的教学设计融为一体,是一个难题。
对评价标准的等级描述应该使用具体的、可操作、可操作性的语言,避免使用概括的、模棱两可的语言,有些地方表述的不够规范,使学生理解和使用有困难。
