概述:
ZHL梭式回流阀是根据获中、美、德、日、加五国发明专利权的“差流可调梭阀”的相关原理,针对泵系统的运行特性设计而成的新型控制阀。
本阀应用于泵出口,当泵停机时,阀门迅速关闭,防止液体倒流,当主管道流量小于泵的最小流量时,旁通管道开启,部分介质流回泵进口,使泵始终在最佳工况范围内运行。
特点:
(1)集止回与回流功能于一身,一阀多用,节省投资。
(2)阀门具有自动监测流速的功能,以决定回流量的大小,无须外部其他装置,全自力式运行。
(3)轴流式结构,介质流动状态良好。
(4)阀门关闭迅速,密封性能良好。
(5)结构简单,使用、维护方便。

简介截止阀属于强制密封式阀门,所以在阀门关闭时,必须向阀瓣施加压力,以强制密封面不泄漏。
当介质由阀瓣下方进入阀门时,操作力所需要克服的阻力,是阀杆和填料的摩擦力与由介质的压力所产生的推力,关阀门的力比开阀门的力大,所以阀杆的直径要大,否则会发生阀杆顶弯的故障。
近年来,从自密封的阀门出现后,截止阀的介质流向就改由阀瓣上方进入阀腔,这时在介质压力作用下,关阀门的力小,而开阀门的力大,阀杆的直径可以相应地减少。
同时,在介质作用下,这种形式的阀门也较严密。
我国阀门“三化给”曾规定,截止阀的流向,一律采用自上而下。
本阀要水平安装截止阀开启时,阀瓣的开启高度,为公称直径的25%~30%时,流量已达到最大,表示阀门已达全开位置。
所以截止阀的全开位置,应由阀瓣的行程来决定。
工作原理截止阀,也叫截门,是使用最广泛的一种阀门,它之所以广受欢迎,是由于开闭过程中密封面之间摩擦力小,比较耐用,开启高度不大,制造容易,维修方便,不仅适用于中低压,而且适用于高压。
截止阀的闭合原理是,依靠阀杠压力,使阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面紧密贴合,阻止介质流通。
截止阀只许介质单向流动,安装时有方向性。
截止阀的结构长度大于闸阀,同时流体阻力大,长期运行时,密封可靠性不强。
根据截止阀的通道方向1)直通式截止阀2)直流式截止阀:在直流式或Y形截止阀中,阀体的流道与主流道成一斜线,这样流动状态的破坏程度比常规截止阀要小,因而通过阀门的压力损失也相应的小了。
3)角式截止阀:在角式截止阀中,流体只需改变一次方向,以致于通过此阀门的压力降比常规结构的截止阀小。
美标波纹管截止阀 ZDAJ41W型4)柱塞式截止阀:这种形式的截止阀是常规截止阀的变型。
在该阀门中,阀瓣和阀座通常是基于柱塞原理设计的。
阀瓣磨光成柱塞与阀杆相连接,密封是由套在柱塞上的两个弹性密封圈实现的。
两个弹性密封圈用一个套环隔开,并通过由阀盖螺母施加在阀盖上的载荷把柱塞周围的密封圈压牢。
弹性密封圈能够更换,可以采用各种各样的材料制成,该阀门主要用于“开”或者“关”,但是备有特制形式的柱塞或特殊的套环,也可以用于调节流量。

Do not leave in a mid-position.MAINTENANCEParker 20K Ball Valves are supplied ready for service at their rated design pressure and should not normally require adjustment.Gland adjustment becomes necessary when the valve is visibly leaking via the gland adjuster (11).20K Ball Valve Gland Adjustment.CAUTION: Adjustment of the gland must be carried out at zero pressure1. Fully open the valve by operating the handle (6) until it is in line with the centreline of thebody.2. Unscrew Grub Screw (5) on handle (6) and remove handle from stem.3. Unscrew Socket Head Cap Screw (3) from Tru-Loc Plate and remove Tru-Loc Mechanism(4).4. Tighten Gland Nut (11) to 45 Nm5. In essence it provides an exhaust port at the chamber rather than exhausting through long supply lines and control components. The function they perform isespecially important in high speed cycling equipment. They prevent sluggish operation, overlap and excessive wear. Their importance in an air control system cannot be overemphasized.QRV’s are available in four sizes for direct connection to 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch pipe. Models are also availablewhich permit 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch outside diameter tubing connections to the QRV inlet port.Exhaust noise from the valve can be reduced by using a mu er, which threads into the tapped hole in the end cap.1.2 How it worksFigure 2.The Air ex QRV contains a diaphragm designed to function on a pressure di erential. Air pressure at the valve inlet seats the diaphragm on the end cap, closing the exhaust port. Applied pressure, acting on the outer unsupported diaphragm area, de ects it and allows air to ow to the cylinder port. See Figure 2.When a pressure drop occurs in the air supply, the pressure di erential lifts the diaphragm from the exhaust port and seats it on the inlet port. Use awide, at faced wrench which will not crimp or damage the valve body. The quick release valve must be torqued enough to produce a tight seal, but not more than the value given in Table 4.Do not position the quick release valve exhaust port in the up position or allow foreign matter to enter the valve housing. Particles of foreign matter will enter theexhaust air stream and/or prevent diaphragm seating. Either condition could result in personal injury or dam -age to equipment.Position the quick release valve exhaust port so that the exhaust air stream does not strike operating personnel. Particles of foreign matter picked up by the air streamcan cause personal injury.Position the quick release valve exhaust port so that there are no restrictions to the exhaust air ow. Slide the sleeve into its seat in the housing. If the valve leaks, refer to the Maintenance section in this manual.2.3.2 C ycle the valve several times to ensure properoperation. Assure yourself that you understand and cando what is required in each step. Failure to follow these instructions may a ect quick release valve operation and may result in personal injury.Two quick release valve replacement kits are available for valve rebuilding. An end cap/diaphragm kit is availablefor valves not having mu ers, and contains an end cap, diaphragm and tube of Loctite ®#222. In addition to this a mu er kit is available for mu er replacement only and it contains mu er and tube of Loctite ® #222. It is advisableto stock at least one spare quick release valve for each size used in an installation.The quick release valve should be periodically checked for proper functioning. If the valve fails to seal, it should be inspected internally. Usually foreign material will be found which has been carried through the piping. If a valve becomes ine ective after prolonged service, it can be restored to good operating condition by rebuilding.3.1 Valve and diaphragm serviceBefore performing any work on the valve, set and block the machine or equipment in a secure position; close the air shuto valve and exhaust all air from the air lines; and disconnect all electrical power in order to prevent personal injury and/or equipment damage.3.1.1 I f the quick release valve exhaust port ispositioned downward, it will be di cult to service the diaphragm. It is recommended that the valve be removed from the equipment and bench-serviced.3.1.2 U se a at faced wrench to unscrew the mu er(if present) and the end cap. The diaphragm may fall out of the housing at this time. Discard the end cap, mu er and diaphragm.ote :N The end caps on quick release valves manufacturedprior to September, 1989, have hexshaped exhaust ports to accommodate an allen wrench for end cap removal. Refer to Table 5 for the appropriate wrench size to remove the end cap. Machining the surface will increase the diaphragm operating gap and cause the valve to malfunction.3.1.5 T horoughly clean the inside of the housing andthe internal threads in the housing.Do not allow foreign matter to enter either the valve housing or mu er. Particles of foreign matter can prevent diaphragm sealing.3.1.6 I nsert a new diaphragm into the housing so itbottoms against the inlet port.Loctite ® must be used where called for in the following procedure. An end cap and/or mu er installed without Loctite ® may work loose during operation resulting in personal injury or equipment damage.3.1.7 R emove and discard the protective cap from thereplacement end cap. Apply Loctite® #222 tothe threads of the end cap, using one drop perthread, and screw the end cap into the housing.Make sure the diaphragm is located properly inthe housing. Torque the end cap to 60lb-in. (7Nm).3.1.8 I f there is su cient swing clearance on theequipment, the mu er (if applicable) may beinstalled at this time; otherwise, install the quickrelease valve and mu er onto the equipmentper the Installation section of this manual.When installing the mu er, do not forget to useLoctite® #222 on the mu er threads and torqueto 60 lb.-in. (7Nm).3.2 Testing3.2.1 T est by applying air pressure to the valve.The valve should not leak under pressure.Removing the air pressure should cause thediaphragm to shift and allow the air to exhaustthrough the end cap and mu er. 简介截止阀属于强制密封式阀门,所以在阀门关闭时,必须向阀瓣施加压力,以强制密封面不泄漏。
当介质由阀瓣下方进入阀门时,操作力所需要克服的阻力,是阀杆和填料的摩擦力与由介质的压力所产生的推力,关阀门的力比开阀门的力大,所以阀杆的直径要大,否则会发生阀杆顶弯的故障。
近年来,从自密封的阀门出现后,截止阀的介质流向就改由阀瓣上方进入阀腔,这时在介质压力作用下,关阀门的力小,而开阀门的力大,阀杆的直径可以相应地减少。
同时,在介质作用下,这种形式的阀门也较严密。
我国阀门“三化给”曾规定,截止阀的流向,一律采用自上而下。
本阀要水平安装截止阀开启时,阀瓣的开启高度,为公称直径的25%~30%时,流量已达到最大,表示阀门已达全开位置。
所以截止阀的全开位置,应由阀瓣的行程来决定。
工作原理截止阀,也叫截门,是使用最广泛的一种阀门,它之所以广受欢迎,是由于开闭过程中密封面之间摩擦力小,比较耐用,开启高度不大,制造容易,维修方便,不仅适用于中低压,而且适用于高压。
截止阀的闭合原理是,依靠阀杠压力,使阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面紧密贴合,阻止介质流通。
截止阀只许介质单向流动,安装时有方向性。
截止阀的结构长度大于闸阀,同时流体阻力大,长期运行时,密封可靠性不强。
根据截止阀的通道方向1)直通式截止阀2)直流式截止阀:在直流式或Y形截止阀中,阀体的流道与主流道成一斜线,这样流动状态的破坏程度比常规截止阀要小,因而通过阀门的压力损失也相应的小了。
3)角式截止阀:在角式截止阀中,流体只需改变一次方向,以致于通过此阀门的压力降比常规结构的截止阀小。
4柱塞式截止阀:这种形式的截止阀是常规截止阀的变型。
在该阀门中,阀瓣和阀座通常是基于柱塞原理设计的。
阀瓣磨光成柱塞与阀杆相连接,密封是由套在柱塞上的两个弹性密封圈实现的。
两个弹性密封圈用一个套环隔开,并通过由阀盖螺母施加在阀盖上的载荷把柱塞周围的密封圈压牢。
弹性密封圈能够更换,可以采用各种各样的材料制成,该阀门主要用于“开”或者“关”,但是备有特制形式的柱塞或特殊的套环,也可以用于调节流量。
阀杆上螺纹的位置1)上螺纹阀杆截止阀:截止阀阀杆的螺纹在阀体的外面。
其优点是阀杆不受介质侵蚀,便于润滑,此种结构采用比较普遍。
2)下螺纹阀杆截止阀:截止阀阀杆的螺纹在阀体内。
这种结构阀杆螺纹与介质直接接触,易受侵蚀,并无法润滑。
此种结构用于小口径和温度不高的地方。
国内生产截止阀的厂家比较多,连接尺寸也大多不统一。
主要分以下几个大类:1)以JB/T2203-1999《截止阀结构长度》为主的通用类。
目前国内大多数安全阀生产厂家均按本标准设计生产。
