英语说课稿四Grammar and usage(江苏高中英语模块四Unit1-3)Unit 1 Advertisements (Grammar and usage)Good morning, teachers! My name is *** and I am No.5. It is my great honor to have anopportunity to talk about some of my teaching ideas. My topic is Grammar and usage taken fromUnit 1, Advertisements. My teaching plan will include four parts. They are my understanding ofthis lesson, my teaching theories ,methods and aids, teaching steps and blackboard design.Part 1 My understanding of this lesson:The analysis of the teaching material:This is the fourth period of this unit. The topic of this unit is Advertisements. Grammar and usagegives a chance for students to get an better idea about direct speech and reported speech. In thisperiod, students will learn to create adjectives by adding suffixes to nouns or verbs. The topic isclose to students’ life so it is easy to stimulate their interest in learning.Teaching aims:Knowledge aim:Help students to learn direct speech and reported speech in this lessonAbility aim: Help students to learn to create reported speech from direct speechEmotional aim:Make students interested in learning EnglishTeaching important and difficult points:It is important for students to understand direct speech and reported speechIt is difficult for students to change direct speech into reported speech in daily life easilySomething about the students :The students have known some direct speech and reported speech but they do not often use themPart 2 My teaching theories, methods and aids.I will make students the real masters in class while the teacher acts as director .I will take the student-centered teaching method and task-basked teaching methodI will use a projector , a type recorder ,multimedia and the blackboard as teaching aids in my class.Part 3 Teaching stepsStep 1 GreetingsGreet the whole class.Step 2 RevisionI will help students to review some key points in the last lesson and check the homework.Through this part we can consolidate what they studied yesterday, communicate with them abouttheir study and prepare for the new lesson.Step 3 Warming up and lead inI will give a dialogue to students and ask them to answer my question.“Now b oys and girls, please look at the screen. There is short dialogue. Read it carefully andanswer my question.‘What are you going to do tomorrow?’ Mr. Wang asked his sister. ‘I am going to call and chat wi my friend.’ What did Mr. Wang ask his sister?”I will ask some students to answer the question and then show the correct answer on the screen.The purpose of this step is to attract their attention to direct speech and reported speech.Therefore,it will offer students a relaxing atmosphere and stimulate students’ interests in English learningStep 4 Direct speech and reported speechI will help my students to read and understand the content on Page 8 about direct speech and reported speech. Then I will ask my students to do exercises on Page 9.The purpose of this step is to help students further understand and master the knowledge of direct speech and reported speech.Step 5 Reported speech: statements, questions, imperative sentencesI will help my students read and understand the content about reported speech: statements, questions, imperative sentences on Page 10 and write some important words on the blackboard.
