正触发是指测试发光二极管的负极连接到地,测试发光二极管的正极通过对应的引脚接口输出,如果ECU为该引脚提供超过3V的电压,那么这个测试发光二极管就会点亮* 电源引脚:按系统/车型列表选择,ECU连线后,按复合键,设备就会为接口提供12V 的电源,为ECU提供供电,在信号模拟(波形)界面,按复合键此引脚供电会终止,电源指示灯会以点亮或熄灭来指示供电状态* 进入车型/系统后,选择对应的系统,进入后显示屏会显示ECU的接脚功能及定义,同时对应的接脚会闪烁提示,旋转复合键继续,全部连接完毕按复合键跳转到该车型/系统对应的波形界面并开始供电* 进入电压模拟/电阻模拟状态电源引脚是没有供电输出的,如果过需要供电,请按复合键,在选择返回继续即可得到供电* X-2波形:X为可以设定的数值,范围在10~99之间,先通过旋转复合键调整X的数值,然后按复合键确认,如:X设定为60,确定后的波形就为60-2波形* 远程升级方法:1 在设置界面内找到机身序列号2 将序列号提供给我们3 得到您的升级程序4 连接升级连接线到您的计算机9针串口与本设备的升级接口5 运行STC单片机的ISP软件6 选择MCU Type,选择为STC89C516RD+7 点击Open File按钮,选择得到的升级程序8 选择COM口,设定为与本设备连接的COM口的编号(如COM1)9 选择6T双倍速10 选择full gain11 选择与下载无关12 点击Down load/下载按钮13 打开本设备的开关,等待程序下载完毕即可装箱单:主机*1 2A电源*1 光盘*1 下载线*1 ECU连接线*201 M154 ECU——普桑、夏利、长安、微型车等ECU 型号:330 907 311AECU 端口:55 脚 如图4M154 ECU 的供电端子为P18,P27,P37,接12V 电源,P2、为接地端子,油泵继电器控制端子为P3,点火线圈控制输出端为P1(直接点火车型为P1 与P20),喷油嘴控制端为P16,P17,P34,P35,霍尔信号端子为P49。
油泵继电器、点火线圈、喷油嘴部件都为ECU 控制其回路接地(负触发),使用发光二极管监测工作状态。
P49 接信号发生器的信号正。
此时将ECU 供电接通,代表油泵继电器的发光二极管应该点亮几秒种,然后熄灭。
这代表油泵的蓄压动作正常,如果不亮或常亮就说明ECU 对油泵继电器控制有问题。
信号发生器的操作步骤如下:选择“信号模拟”按ENTER进入 ,再选择“5V标准方波”。
此时,代表油泵继电器的发光二极管应该点亮,代表点火线圈和喷油嘴的发光二极管应开始有规律的闪烁,如果不闪烁说明ECU 损坏。

应该注意的是信号不应调整过280转,如果超过就会触发防盗而停止喷油点火。

此时将ECU 供电接通,代表油泵继电器的发光二极管应该点亮几秒种,然后熄灭。

将信号发生器的波形选择为“58+1 正弦波”,此时,代表油泵继电器的发光二极管应该点亮,代表点火线圈和喷油嘴的发光二极管应开始有规律的闪烁,点火线圈的闪烁频率应该为 喷油嘴闪烁频率的2 倍。

油泵继电器、点火线圈、喷油嘴部件为ECU控制其回路接地,使用发光二极管检测工作,应为负触发。
与多数ECU 相同,此时将ECU 供电接通,代表油泵继电器的发光二极管应该点亮几秒种,然后熄灭。
将信号发生器的波形选择为“57+1 正弦波”(如果使用58+1正弦波,个别ECU 会不正常工作,出现喷油点火混乱现象)。
此时,代表油泵继电器的发光二极管应该点亮,代表点火线圈和喷油嘴的发光二极管应开始有规律的闪烁,如果为夏利车型,点火信号的频率应为喷油信号的3 倍;如果为福田车型,点火信号与喷油信号的频率应该相同。
