If your company does NOT directly use smelters, go to section IV. Execute MRPRO.2.Register User name and save the registration file.3.MRPRO51.xls opens. , In worksheet MNCNS, Select “Do a Rollup”. This will generate a blanktemplate when no files are listed in the AF tab (Alternate Form worksheet). If a blank template is desired but there are files listed in the AF worksheet, remove files.4. A blank template and a “Save As” pop up window open. Validating Supplier TemplatesThis section describes how to validate a supplier template and show which of the required answers are not answered.When the validation button is selected, it also allows the smelter Tier Level to increase by one increment. This increment increase should be done, if any of the smelters in the supplier template has a blank field in Column E (Tier Level) of the Smelter and Mine List Worksheet.6.Execute MRPRO.7.Open any supplier template that you have received from your suppliers.8.Click “ADD Ins” and select ‘MRPRO51-Validate EICC-GeSI Form”.9. A pop up will appear, asking whether or not you want to change the increment the tier level ofthe suppliers’ smelters:a.Answer “Y” if any of the smelters in the list have a blank field in Column E of the Smelterand Mine List Worksheet.b.Answer N if all of the smelters have a number in Column E.10.A excel workbook will open and list the errors in the form. The form does not need to becorrected.11.Close out of the Excel “Book file”.12.Save the Supplier Template (in the appropriate file location).13.Close out of the Supplier Template.V. Aggregating Supplier Templates in the MasterlistThis section describes how to import the declarations from all supplier templates into one sheet and access each sheet for review, analysis and validation. This Masterlist can also be used to track suppliers who have responded to your company request, which suppliers have information missing, etc.1.Execute MRPRO.2.In MRPRO51.xls, in worksheet MNCNS, Select “Open Contacts List”. This will generate a MRPRO(TM) Contacts Masterlist workbook to manage all supplier files.3.Enter your company supplier names into Column B (Company Names).4.Click “ADD INs” and select “Make File Connection”.5.‘Select a Folder” pop up window opens. Select File location where your files are located andclick “OK”.6.When pop up appears, answer whether you want all files connected or only that row (y or n).The file connection is not case sensitive.7.Now that the files are linked to the company names, now you can import a summary of the databy clicking “ADD Ins” and select ing “MRPRO51-Copy EICC-GeSI Summary”.8.Save this Masterlist.You may get a pop up if the company name is different from what is in the file; we recommend that you do not overwrite the company name.VI.
