牛津小学英语5B Unit 8教学内容简析:本单元教学内容围绕"周末活动"展开,通过周末活动引出本单元的四会内容和昆虫类名称。
涉及的句型有How do you spend your weekends? How does he/she spend his/ her weekends?本单元设计的周末活动有网上冲浪、爬山、看电视、荡秋千、看卡通片、捉昆虫等,学生对这些活动都会很感兴趣。
教师在教学中应尽量为学生创设比较生动的情景,以便更有效的帮助学生复习有关动作类词组;对于昆虫类名称的学习,教师应根据学生年龄特点,充分利用昆虫标本或图片等多种形式,把昆虫类词汇的学习与实际生活紧密联系起来。

五年级的学生有了一定的英语学习基础,但昆虫类单词学生并未接触过。
内容分析本课选自《牛津小学英语5B》中的Unit8 At the weekends讲解昆虫的特点,重点突出,题材结合实际、贴近生活,语言准确规范、真实地道,插图生动活泼、富有情趣,比较符合小学生的生理和心理特点,比较符合儿童学习语言的规律。
除此之外,还要求学生能了解昆虫类名词单复数变化。
二、设计理念1. 探究信息技术与英语课程整合的有效模式,培养学生如何利用信息技术完成课程学习目标,学生主动使用英语。
主要体现为以下三个基本点:a.在以电子白板,多媒体和网络为基础的信息化环境中实施课程教学活动;b.对课程教学内容实行信息化处理后成为学生的学习资源;c.利用信息加工、工具让学生知识重构。

教材简析:本单元教学内容主要围绕“周末活动”这一主题展开,通过周末活动引出本单元的四会内容。
B部分属于单词教学,要求学生能听说读写六种昆虫的名称。
E 部分属于语篇教学,它向同学们介绍了一些昆虫的特性,要求学生能用英语描述六种昆虫的特性,重在培养学生的阅读理解能力。
这课时主要是进行单词和词组的教学,教师可以采用以旧带新的方式,不仅使新单词变得简单易学,更使学生在学习中注重归类总结.而对于单词词组的巩固,可以通过儿歌、游戏、调查同学等活动来帮助学生记忆,使学生学以致用,提高运用英语交流的能力.教学目标:1、情感目标:通过活动,游戏,歌曲等形式让学生产生学习英语的兴趣,让学生在老师创设的氛围中敢于,乐于,善于开口讲英语,积极参与交流,树立学好英语的信心。
