3 工作原理(1)施工使用前,设备在备料基地上料,如水泥、砂、乳化沥青、水、P乳剂等原材料。

压浆台车操作规程
1、设备操作人员应熟悉设备结构、性能、原理,方能操作设备。
2、操作前应仔细检查,压浆机应保持水平位置,将进水管连接。
3、连接主电源,关闭所有阀门,打开阀门W1注水。
4、启动搅拌电机,检查搅拌方向是否正确,必须按顺时针旋转。
5、打开M1,将水充满搅拌小桶,检查压浆泵的压力及转向(顺时针)。
6、关闭阀门W2,W3,通过阀门W1充水,将水位选择在“1”位。
打开阀门W2,启动:搅拌桶电机,加入所需的水泥(水泥约150千克)和添加剂,搅拌约4分钟,启动搅拌电机(小桶)。
7、打开阀门M1,用遥控器(高速)打开压浆泵电源开关,开始压浆。
8、当水泥浆从梁的另一端流出时,关闭出浆阀门,此时用遥控开关(低速)加压至所需压力,持荷3-5分钟后关闭进浆阀门。

9、搅拌后水泥浆的体积应在搅拌桶体积的1/2-3/4之间。
10、压浆结束关闭进浆阀门后,将大电器箱右侧上方的三档转换开关转向另外一侧,使螺杆泵反转2-3秒钟,卸掉压浆管内的压力后才可拆卸进浆阀门,以免高压浆从管内喷出伤人。
