一种沥青路面旧料筛分机的调试及改进【摘要】截至2014年底,中国大陆高速公路的通车总里程达11.195万公里,到2015年底全国高速公路通车总里程将达到12万公里!成为仅次于美国的高速公路大国。
随着高速公路的使用,道路的养护维修工作量不断增加,会产生大量的旧料,旧料的处理势必会增加费用,而且会造成环境的污染,近十几年来,旧料的利用技术逐渐引起相关人士的重视。
根据多路段的检测,铣刨下来的沥青路面旧料中沥青的含量仍在4%左右,所含石子等骨料以及粉料仍能重复利用,回收沥青路面材料(以下简称RAP)的利用具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
【关键词】沥青路面旧料筛分机调试改进1旧料如何再次利用RAP再次用于沥青路面主要有两种方式,一种是采用冷再生施工工艺,将旧料与一定比例的新骨料、稳定剂拌和形成冷再生混合料,用于道路基层或下面层,另一种是采用热再生施工工艺,将RAP加热后与一定比例的新料、沥青、再生剂拌和形成热再生混合料,代替传统沥青混合料用于沥青路面的面层。
1.1铣刨后的旧料需要筛分沥青路面在铣刨过程中对石子的切削,造成了对石子等骨料的破坏,使RAP中细集料成份增多,粗集料减少。
在铣刨过程中会产生直径大于30mm的料块,不能直接使用,重新筛分,以筛选出可以利用的材料,根据旧粒径的不同,确定不同的添加量,以控制各集料的级配,最终制备出符合施工要求的混合料。
1.2 RAP的筛分是旧料利用过程中的主要环节之一目前还没有找到专门针对RAP的筛分机,所以研制一种适合RAP筛分的设备就显得非常重要。
我们在相关筛分机制造厂家的忙助下,制造了一种筛分机。
下面主要介绍该筛分机的结构,调试过程中出现的主要问题,以及改进方案,希望能给需要的朋友们带来帮助。
2筛分机结构概述筛分机结构概述:该筛分机采用电动振动筛的结构形式,如图1,主要有储料斗3,给料器2,皮带输送机12,后振动器4,筛箱5,前振动器6,粗筛网7、中筛网8,细筛网9,弹簧10,皮带输送机底座1,以及支腿11。
试验操作规程(路面)洛杉矶磨耗试验操作规程一、将不同规格的集料用水冲洗干净,置烘箱中烘干至恒重。
二、分级称量(准确至5g),称取总质量(m1),装入磨耗机之圆筒中。
三、选择钢球,使钢球的数量及总质量符合规定.将钢球加入钢筒中,盖好筒盖,紧固密封。
四、将计数器调整到零位,设定要求的回转次数,回转次数应符合要求,开动磨耗机,以30r/min---33r/min之转速转动至要求的回转次数为止。
五、取出钢球,将经过磨耗后的式样从投料口倒入接受容器中。
六、将试样过筛,筛去试样中被撞击磨碎的细屑。
七、用水冲洗干净留在筛上的碎石,置105℃±5℃烘箱中烘干至恒重(通常不少于4h),准确称量(m2)。
粗集料磨光值试验操作规程一、安装试件.将同一种集料的四个试件分为一组,编号为1---4,5---8,9---12,标准试件编号为13---14等,安装于道路轮上.每两块试件间应置一块橡胶石棉垫片,最后一块试件应紧紧挤入轮槽中,以达到各个试件挤紧.最后,顺序旋紧螺丝,必要时可让在道路轮端板上加垫木版,用锤轻轻敲打,以保证紧装试块,在磨光过程中不致使试件松动或断裂。
二、磨光试件.将道路轮安装在试验机的轮轴上,使橡胶轮的轮幅完全压着露出的集料表面,然后,盖上机盖,接通水源及打开金刚砂(30号)储料斗中调节闸板.开启电源后,磨光机开始运转.3h后关掉电源,换上280号金刚砂重启电源,3h后停止试验。
三、同一试样至少进行平行试验4次,若标准试件的平均值PSV均标在46—52范围,测试有效。
粗集料冲击值试验操作规程一、用铲将集料的1/3从容器上方不超过50mm处装入量筒,用捣棒半球形端将集料捣实25次,同样的方法3次做完,除去多余的集料,并外加集料填满空隙。
二、称量量筒中集料质量(m)(准确至0.1g)三、将冲击试验仪置于坚硬地面上并在仪器底放置垫块。
四、将集料倒入仪器底的冲击杯中用捣杆捣实25次。
五、调整锤高,使高度在380mm±5mm.六、使锤自由落下连续锤击15次,间隔不少于1s。

集料混合料的筛分试验一、试验准备按规定将来料用分料器或四分法缩分至试验所需量,风干后备用。
根据需要可按要求的集料最大粒径的筛孔尺寸过筛,除去超粒径部分颗粒后,再进行筛分。
二、沥青混合料及基层用粗集料水洗法试验1、取一份试样,将试样置105℃±5℃烘箱中烘干至恒重,称取干燥集料试样的总质量,准确至0.1%。
2、将试样置一洁净容器中,加入足够数量的洁净水,将集料全部淹没,但不得使用任何洗涤剂、分散剂或表面活性剂。
3、用搅棒充分搅动集料,使集料表面洗涤干净,使细粉悬浮在水中,但不得破碎集料或有集料从水中溅出。
4、根据集料粒径大小选择组成一组套筛,其底部为0.075㎜标准筛,上部为2.36㎜或4.75㎜筛。
仔细将容器中混有细粉的悬浮液倒出,经过套筛流入另一容器中,尽量不将粗集料倒出,以免损坏标准筛筛面。
5、重复以上步骤,直至倒出的水洁净为止,必要时可采用水流缓慢冲洗。
6、将套筛每个筛子上的集料及容器中的集料全部回收在一个搪瓷盘中,容器上不得有沾附的集料颗粒。
7、在确保细粉不散失的前提下,小心泌去搪瓷盘中的积水,将搪瓷盘连同集料一起置105℃±5℃烘箱中烘干至恒重,称取干燥集料试样的总质量,准确至0.1%。
以m3与m4之差作为0.075㎜的筛下部分。
8、将回收的干燥集料按干筛方法筛分出0.075㎜筛以上各筛的筛余量,此时0.075㎜筛下部分应为0,如果尚能筛出,则应将其并入水洗得到的0.075㎜的筛下部分,且表示水洗得不干净。
三、水洗筛法筛分结果及计算1、计算各筛分计筛余量及筛底存量的总和与筛分前试样的干燥总质量m4之差,作为筛分时的损耗,并计算损耗率记入表。
2、计算各筛的分计筛余百分率、累计筛余百分率、质量通过百分率。
3、试验结果以两次试验的平均值表示。
粗集料筛分试验操作规程1.取一份有代表性的试样,将试样置于托盘中用酒精燃烧至恒重,称取干燥集料试样的总质量(m1)(应不少于4kg),准确至0.1%.2.用搪瓷盘做筛分容器,按筛孔大小排列顺序逐个将集料过筛.过筛时,须使集料在筛面上同时有水平方向及上下方向的不停顿运动,使小于筛孔的集料通过筛孔,直至1min内通过筛孔的质量小于筛上残余量的1%为止, 将筛出通过的颗粒并入下一号筛,和下一号筛中的试样一起过筛,这样顺序进行,直到各号筛全部筛完为止.3.如果某个筛上的集料过多,影响筛分作业时,可分两次筛分.当筛余颗粒的粒径大于20mm时,筛分过程中允许用手指轻轻拨动颗粒,但不得逐颗塞过筛孔.4.称取每个筛上的筛余量,准确至总量的0.1%.各筛分计筛余量及筛底存量的总和与筛分前试样的总质量m0相比,其相差不得超过0.5%.5.计算5.1集料中通过0.075mm的含量按式(1)计算,准确至0.1%.P0.075= (m1-m2)/m1 (1)5.2各号筛上的分计筛余百分率按式(2)计算,但0.075mm筛不计算分计筛余,准确至0.1%.P i=(m i/m0)*(100-P0.075)/100 (2)式中: P i-各号筛上的分计筛余百分率,%;m0-用于干筛的干燥集料总质量,g;m i-各号筛上的分计筛余,g;i-依次为0.15mm、0.3mm、0.6mm……至集料最大粒径.5.3各号筛的累计筛余百分率为该号筛及大于该号筛的各号筛的分计筛余百分率之和,但0.075mm筛不计算累计筛余,准确至0.1%.5.4各号筛的质量通过百分率等于100减去该号筛累计筛余,但0.075mm筛的质量通过百分率即为P0.075,准确至0.1%.5.5根据需要,绘制集料筛分曲线.。
