CAT980H型装载机全寿命周期经济性分析1 现有设备总体情况流机队现有CAT980H型装载机共计24台,主要从事矿石、煤炭、铝矾土的船舶清舱、搬倒和市提、火车装车、堆平垛等作业,是公司生产的主力机械。
装载机报废的标准时按年限的,按国家有关标准计算的报废年限是10年,即装载机的折旧年限按10年。
装载机在10年寿命周期内,随着使用时间增长,整机技术状况将持续劣化,故障发生呈上升化趋势,投入的维修、保养费用将逐年增长。
文章按照一台装载机自投入生产到10年报废,列举寿命周期内公司整体投入及设备产出计算装载机最佳报废时间节点,为公司投资效益作参考。
2 装载机外租成本费用以外租装载机的市场价作为参考:380元/台时。
(根据小松WA500装载机外租价格参考,小松WA500装载机与卡特980H装载机基本相当,参考价格含燃油和司机人工成本,保证机械正常运行。
)新CAT980型装载机质量可靠,故障率低,在寿命周期的前两年基本能做到无故障运行,每年运行台时约7000台时,自第三年机械开始出现故障,每年增加500故障台时(主要是由于CAT980H装载机随着使用时间的增长,发动机、变速箱、驱动桥、液压系统等不断出现故障,造成故障台时不断增加,平均每年增加约500故障台时。
例如:发动机大修间隔期为15000-20000台时;变速箱大修间隔期为15000-20000台时;驱动桥大修间隔期为15000-20000台时;中央铰接部分轴承使用周期为12000台时。

装有待加工工件的周转箱由提升料斗(客户自备)提升到预定高度后,翻转将工件倒入振动送料筛(一般情况下,需连续倒入5个周转箱)。
每倒入一箱工件,通过电磁振动筛的振动,工件均移向前方,并紧靠在一起。
电磁振动筛的下料口门打开,振动送料筛上的全部工件陆续进入振动光饰机中。
振动光饰机开始工作后,由中央水处理中心,通过隔膜泵打过来的研磨液,持续加入到振动光饰机中。
同时废液被输送到中央水处理中心。
