一．教材分析本单元的语言目标用if引导的条件状语从句来谈论结果，是一般将来时态的延续，具有承前启后的作用。

二．学情分析作为八年级的学生，首次接触If引导的条件状语从句，在接受上会有一些难度，这就要求教师在引入的时候要多从学生的角度思考。

三．教学目标分析根据《英语课程标准》总目标，结合本单元这部分的教学内容及对教材的分析，本课时的教学目标如下：1）知识目标：学会新出现的单词，短语和if引导的条件状语从句的句型结构2）本领目标：通过本课的研究，使学生能用英语对即将发生的情景进行预测和表述。

（3）情感目标：n A主要围绕“party”展开话题，贴近学生实际生活，可以提高他们的研究兴趣，用英语来表达自己的意愿。

四．教学重点和难点分析由于本单元的话题是谈论结果，那么在不同的情境下其结果也会不一样，所以根据不同的情境来推测并谈论各种结果是个重点。
