舒必利的发生率最高，依次是冬眠灵、氯氮平，奎的平的发生率最低。
【关键词】抗精神病药闭经抗精神病药可引起各系统不同的副作用，精神病人往往不能耐受某种副作用而停药致病情复发。
根据本院2005—2009年250例住院及门诊病人的调整统计，结果显示抗精神病药物均有不同程度致月经失调的副作用，现将几种抗精神病药引起女性病人闭经的发生率作了一些临床研究，报告如下：1 对象与一般资料随机调查住院女病人叫门诊病人共250个，门诊病人（包括出院病人）以电话方式和问卷调查，年龄17—44岁。
①病前月经正常；②住院期或出院后维持治疗期停经3个月以上[1] ；③以往月经不规律及青春期月经初潮，不入组；④排除妇产科及内分泌等病所致的闭经；⑤排除严重肥胖疾病。
几种抗精神病药对月经影响状况：抗精神病药闭经人数月经正常人数合计发生率（%）冬眠灵14516521.54氯氮平11698013.75舒必利20507058.57奎的平332358.51合计4820225019.2所研究的抗精神病药引起闭经的发生率，应用X2检验，0.025＜P＜0.05（按P=0.05水准），差别有统计学意义。
各类抗精神病药物引起闭经的发生率不同。
2、结果：各类抗精神病药引起的闭经，从调查结果抗，舒必利的发生率最高，依次是冬眠灵、氯氮平，奎的平的发生率最低。
柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经临床观察及机制探讨刘淼;孙玉涛;李勇【摘要】Objective:To observe clinical effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of amenorrhea induced by antip-sychotic drugs and to discuss the treatment mechanism.Methods:Sixty female patients with amenorrhea due to antipsychotic drugs who received treatment from September 2014 to April 2016 in psychiatric outpatient and inpatient department were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in eachgroup.Patients in the two groups all oral-ly took aripiprazole,an antipsychotic drug and patients in the control group additionally were treated with mesylate bromocriptine tablets,while patients in the observation group additonally received Chaihu Longgu muli Decoction.The menstrual cycle and men-struation condition of the two groups were observed and recorded and the recurrence of amenorrhea was observed during the six months follow-up.Blood samples were taken at 8-9a.m.by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)and automatic biochem-ical analyzer (Hitachi 7180)was applied for tests on serum levels of prolactin (PRL),luteinizing hormone (LH)and estrogen (E2 )and ultrasound B test were used to detect endometrial thickness changes before and after the treatment.The short-term and long-term curative effects were evaluated.Results:After the treatment,PRL of the two groups decreased tonorma (102-496 mIU /L),(P <0.01)and LH and E2 significantly improved (P<0.01).The differences in PRL,LH and E2 in the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group after the treatment (t =4.14,P =0.000 <0.05).The curative rate of the observation group after the treatment was 55.17% and the total effective rate was 82.76%,while the curative rate of the control group was 35.17% and the total effective rate was 71.43%.The difference between the two groups showed statistically significant (P <0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was only 6.25%,while that of the control reached 20%.The recurrence rateof the observation group was signif-icantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction may improve the secretion level of E2 and LH,by reducing the level of PRL in these patients and improve the amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drug with-out severe adverse reactions.%目的：观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经临床疗效，并对其治疗机制进行探讨。

今后在中药的服用更便捷，取得更好的治疗效果是我们研究的方向。
（甘肃天水市第三人民医院心身疾病科甘肃天水 741000）【摘要】月经异常是长期服用抗精神病药物（APS）的女性患者的常见不良反应，APS对下丘脑D2受体有拮抗作用，可抑制催乳素抑制因子，使催乳素（PRL）升高。
高PRL会抑制下丘脑的促性腺素释放激素分泌，从而使促性腺素低下，卵巢功能低下而引起月经异常，甚至闭经。
近年以中医药为主改善该项不良反应的研究越来越多，故本文检索了近年的与其相关的中医药、针灸等的临床研究、实验研究类文献及临床案例报类文献。
检索发现：抗精神药物引起月经异常、闭经、泌乳是临床很常见的症状，中医通过服用单味药、复方及针刺疗法，取得较好疗效。
在今后研究中需收集更多临床案例进行观察，并实施规范化治疗。
【关键词】中医；抗精神病药物；月经异常【中图分类号】R271.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2018）02-0001-02【Abstract】Menstrual abnormalities is long-term use of antipsychotic drugs (APS) of the female patients with common adverse reactions, the APS to the hypothalamus D2 receptor antagonist, inhibits prolactin inhibiting factor, the elevated prolactin (PRL). High PRL could suppress the hypothalamus of gonadal hormone releasing hormone secretion, so that the low gonadotropic hormone, ovarian function is low and cause menstrual abnormalities, even amenorrhoea. To give priority to improving the adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine research in recent years more and more, so in this paper, the retrieval of recent related traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture clinical research, experiment research literature and clinical cases submitted to the literature. Search found that antidepressant drugs cause menstrual abnormalities, amenorrhea, lactation is clinical very common symptoms, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine by taking single herbs and compound preparation and acupuncture, obtained the good curative effect. 方法：选取医院2020年1月～2021年3月收治的抗精神病药物所致闭经患者84例，用随机数表法平均分成两组，对照组（n=42）应用人工月经周期治疗方法，观察组（n=42）在对照组基础上应用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗方法。
经过3周期治疗后，评价近期治疗效果。
经过六个月治疗后，评价远期治疗效果。
结果：观察组和对照组的近期治疗有效率分别是97.63%和83.34%；远期治疗效果分别是95.00%和69.24%。
对比两组近期、远期治疗总有效率，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义，提示观察组治疗效果显著优于对照组。
结论：中西医结合治疗抗精神病药物所致闭经有显著效果，应用价值高，作用持久。
关键词：中西医结合；抗精神病药物；闭经；在临床中，常常会发现女性患者因服用抗精神病药物而导致闭经，而且一些患者没有说明抗精神病药物服用史，这给临床治疗和诊断带来一定的影响。
本研究选取84例抗精神病药物所致闭经患者，研究中西医结合疗法的应用效果，报道如下。
1临床资料和治疗方法1.1资料选取医院2020年1月～2021年3月收治的抗精神病药物所致闭经患者84例，用随机数表法平均分成两组。
观察组共42例患者，平均年龄是（28.27±4.97）岁，平均病程（4.79±3.13）年；2例服用氟奋乃静，3例奎的平，2例氯氮平合并舒必利，3例洛沙平，1例氯氮平，5例奋乃静，9例维思通，10例舒必利，7例氯丙嗪。

方法：选取笔者所在医院2017年1月 -2019年1月收治的88例服用抗精神病药物引起闭经的精神分裂症患者，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各44例。
对照组单独使用阿立哌唑治疗，观察组给予血府逐瘀汤联合阿立哌唑治疗，比较两组治疗效果。
结果：观察组治疗总有效率为97.73%，明显高于对照组的72.73%，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。
治疗后，两组PANSS 评分均较治疗前降低（P <0.05），且观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。
结论：血府逐瘀汤联合阿立哌唑应用于抗精神病药物引起的闭经精神分裂症患者治疗中，可显著改善患者精神分裂症状，治疗效果较好，值得推广。

Method: A total of 88 schizophrenia patients with amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs in our hospital between January 2017 and January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Aripiprazole alone, while the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Aripiprazole. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%, which was significantly higher than 72.73% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, PANSS score in both groups was lower than that before treatment (P <0.05), and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia patients with amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs can significantly improve the symptoms of schizophrenia, the treatment effect is good, which is worth promoting.
