第50卷第3期红外与激光工程2021年3月V〇1.5Q N〇.3___________________________Infrared and Laser Engineering____________________________Mar.2021红外探测器杜瓦封装多余物的衍射分析及控制黄一彬,王英\朱颖峰,魏超群,孙鸿生,董黎(昆明物理研究所,云南昆明650223)摘要:红外探测器组件中一定尺寸大小多余物的存在,容易造成探测器服役状态下其光路中产生衍 射现象,并改变焦平面局部光场分布,导致像面上形成“黑斑”或“泊松亮斑'为了减少此类异常图像的出现,根据菲涅耳衍射原理,计算了几种典型探测器组件内不同位置处的多余物颗粒满足衍射斑形 成条件时的尺寸范围,并分析了多余物尺寸、杜瓦结构、波长以及衍射斑之间的关系,结果表明,波长越 长、多余物距离焦平面越近,越容易发生衍射;对于不同的探测器杜瓦组件,容易产生衍射的位置为距 离焦平面距离的区域。
此外结合生产实践提出了控制多余物的相应措施,研究结果对于红外探 测器组件的设计和工程应用具有一定指导意义。
关键词:红外探测器;杜瓦;多余物控制;衍射;黑斑中图分类号:TN215 文献标志码:A DOI:10.3788/IRLA20200177Diffraction analysis and control of remainders ininfrared detector Dewar packagingHuang Yibin,Wang Ying*,Zhu Yingfeng,Wei Chaoqun,Sun Hongsheng,Dong Li(Kunming Institute of Physics, Kunming 650223, China)Abstract: Remainders with a certain size in the infrared detector assembly easily cause the diffraction phenomenon in the optical path of infrared detector in service,which would change the local luminous flux distribution on the focal plane,resulting in'black spot'and'Poisson bright spot'on the image.In order to reduce the occurrence of such abnormal images,according to Fresnel diffraction theory,the remainder particles diameter satisfying the diffraction spot formation for several typical detector Dewar assemblies was calculated,and the relationship among the remainders dimension,Dewar structure,wavelength and diffraction spot was also analyzed.The results show that diffraction is more likely to happen for longer wavelength and smaller distance between remainders and focal plane;for different detector Dewar assembly,the position inclined to diffraction is the region where the distance denoted by "L"between remainders and focal plane satisfies the equation "L<L CM.Besides,combined with the production practice,some corresponding measures to control the remainders were offered.These conclusions in the article provide a reference for the infrared detector production design and engineering application.Key words:infrared detector;Dewar;remainders control;diffraction;black spot收稿日期:2020-05-15;修订日期:202卜01 -100引言多余物是指产品技术状态规定以外的一切物质[15包括可动与不可动多余物。

LiScSi2O6∶Cr3+荧光材料的激发波长为460 nm,发射峰位在845 nm,光谱带宽为156 nm,内量子效率为64.4%。
基于该体系,本文通过M离子(M = Ga3+,Lu3+,Y3+,Gd3+)取代Sc3+的方式对其性能进行调控。
结果表明,引入M离子易生成杂相或发生相变,降低了材料的发光性能。
本文从晶体结构出发对其调控过程进行了分析。

The key for NIR pc-LEDs is to develop highly efficient broadband NIR phosphors that can be effectively excit‐ed by blue light. LiScSi2O6∶Cr3+can be excited by blue light and emits NIR light peaked at 845 nm with a broad band‐width of 156 nm and an internal quantum efficiency of 64.4%. Herein, Sc3+ is replaced by M ions (M = Ga3+, Lu3+,Y3+, Gd3+) to regulate the NIR luminescence. The introduction of M ions is easy to form heterogeneous phases or un‐dergo phase transformation, thus reducing the NIR luminescence of the titled material. 自由曲面在离轴反射式空间光学成像系统中的应用朱钧;吴晓飞;侯威;杨通;金国藩【摘要】In the field of space optics which is closely related to aeronautics and astronautics, off-axis reflective imaging systems are attracting more and more researchers’ attention due to their various advantages. Compared with traditional spheres and aspheres, freeform surfaces have higher degrees of design freedom, and are capable of correct a variety of asymmetric aberrations. Therefore, freeform surfaces have full capability of designing the off-axis reflective imaging systems, and furthermore they have the potential to meet some high-end or special requirements in space optics. Improving optical performance and realizing special structure are two main application directions of freeform surfaces in space optics. In this paper, following the two directions and aiming at some real requirements of space optical imaging systems, including low F-number, wide field-of-view, compact structure, having a real exit pupil and afocal system, the authors have selected several representative freeform off-axis reflective imaging systems, and emphatically introduced their system configurations, optical performance, and application advantages in space optics.%在空间光学领域,离轴反射式成像系统凭借其多方面的应用优势,正愈发引起研究人员的关注与开发。
