上海卓一时控开关说明书-CAL-FENGHAI.-(YICAI)-Company One1上海卓一电子微电脑时控器,定时器,时控开关ZYT16G一、功能和用途本产品采用PJ-62定时模块,能根据用户设定时间,自动打开和关闭各种电器设备的电源。
广泛用于路灯、霓虹灯、广告灯、电饭煲、增氧机、喷灌机、预热预冷装置等领域用电设备的编程定时自动控制。
二、显屏显示的符合解释三、技术参数额定电压:220V/50Hz适用电压范围:160~240V额定电流:纯阻性负载25A、感性负载10A,2路的7A时控范围:1分~168小时设定次数:每天10组或2组编程定时(例:设定9点开、10点关称为1组编程)控制周期:可日控或周控循环(可实现一周内每天不同定时设置)计时误差:<±秒/天使用温度:-30℃~60℃防潮防尘性强安装方式:吸壁、挂装、等固定方式外形尺寸:115×75×52mm接线方式:锁扣式端子接线,符合工业标准。
计时方式:24小时制四、调校时钟、定时设置调校时钟:按住[时钟]键,同时按[时]、[分]、[星期]键可调校时钟、星期。
定时设置步骤如下:步骤按键设定项目1按[定时]键进入第1组定时开的设定(显示1开)2分别按[星期]、[时]、[分]键设定开启时间(星期、时、分)3再安[定时]键进入第1组定时关的设定(显示1关)4分别按[星期]、[时]、[分]键设定关的时间(星期、时、分)5重复“1、2、3、4”步骤可设定2-10组开关的时间6连续按[定时]键检查各组开关时间和星期是否与要求的一样,如不正确,还应重复步骤2、47按[自动/手动]键将开关符合(“ ▼ ”)调到当前时间所处的状态(“开”或“关”)再调回到“自动”位置8按[时钟]键结束时间设定进入时钟显示状态注意:如不需要设定10组,把多余的组数用[取消/恢复]键消除,显示“--:--”即表示消除,若再按一次[取消/恢复]键可恢复消除前的原有时间设定。
操作说明
1、查看显示屏所显示的时间日期是否与当前时间一致,
设置方法:a、按住:“时钟”的同时按“校星期”到屏上显示是当前星期为止。
b、按住:“时钟”的同时按“校时”到屏上显示是当前时间为止。
c、按住:“时钟”的同时按“校分”到屏上显示是当前时间为止。
2、设置工作模式,主要是针对公司是按不同上班时间设置:
如早上8:00上班设置方法:按住“定时”的同时屏左下方会出现1开字样:再按
“校时”至08、“校分”至00。

是早上8:00)再按“校星期”至一周哪几天打铃如中午12:30下班设置方法:按住“定时”的同时屏左下方会出现2开字样:再按
“校时”至12、“校分”至30。
(表示第二次打铃时间
是中午12:30)再按“校星期”至一周哪几天打铃如下午13:30上班设置方法:按住“定时”的同时屏左下方会出现3开字样:再按
“校时”至13、“校分”至30。
(表示第二次打铃时间
是中午13:30)再按“校星期”至一周哪几天打铃以此类推,可以设置20开
注:其余各次打铃不需要设置必须调成“==:==”如果调成“00:00”表示0点打
铃
2、打铃设置完成后继续按“定时”至屏上显示“H10”表示打铃时长,按“校分”键盘调整
打铃时长:1-99秒。
或不调为10秒
3、继续按“定时”至屏显示“d45”表示设定双铃打铃时间间隔,按“校分”键调整1-99
分,默认45分(在双铃情况下,第一次打铃后45分钟第二次打铃)
4、按“自动/手动”键,将显示屏下调到“开”“自动”“关”的位置.
5、如果要自行手动在临时时间打铃可以将调到“开”的位置,好了之后再将调到“自动”
位置。

·确认插座的电压源及接地状况:起子本身附有接地导线,使用时请插在附有接地装置的插座上,不但可保障漏电安全,并可 排泄起子因操作磨擦所产生的静电及噪声干扰。
·切勿在电动起子非设定功能上操作,如钻孔等。
·不可使用电源线拉提电动起子或从插座猛拉开,避免电源线因长时间弯折导致断线,避免 电源线接触到热源、油污、化学剂等物品或磨擦到尖锐的物体边缘。
·插头插入起子或电源供应器插座时,它有方向性,必须对准插座内之导丘点后,方可用力插 入,然后以旋钮固定在起子或电源供应器上。
如此会减少因拉扯而断线的发生。
·为确保自身权益,保固期间内请勿拆修电动起子或控制器,请参考《保用范围条款》。
操作须知·操作前,确认被锁物已被强制固定后操作,避免锁螺丝时带动被锁物旋转而导致人员伤害。
·起子运转中切勿任意变换起子之转向,必须放松押扣板或放松下压力量﹙PS机型﹚, 待马达完全停止后方可切换。
·扭力设定:旋转扭力调整环来设定起子的扭力;顺时针旋转为扭力增大,逆时针旋转为扭力减小。

Messy and dark place would cause accidents.b) Do not operate the electric tool in explosive environments such as places whereflammable liquid, gas or dust is stored. Sparks produced by electric tool would ignite thedust or the gas.c) Keep children and spectators away and operate the electric tool. Inattention would letyou lose the control of tool.2) Electric safetya) Plug of electric tool must match the socket.Plug cannot be refitted in any way.Changeover plug cannot be used for grounded electric tool. Original plug and matchedsocket would reduce danger of electric shock.b) Prevent human body from touching grounded surfaces, such as pipeline, cooling finand refrigerator. The danger of electric shock would be increased if your body is grounded.c) Do not expose the electric tool in the rain or damp environment. Water entering theelectric tool would increase the danger of electric shock.d) Do not use wires arbitrarily.Do not use wire to move and pull the electric tool or pull outits plug. Keep electric tool away from heat, oil, sharp edge or moving parts. Use it properly according to its purposes.Choose electric tool with properly designed rated value to make your work more effective andsafer.b) If the switch cannot be connected or the tool power cannot be cut off, do not use theelectric tool. That the electric tool cannot be controlled by switch is dangerous and the toolEnglish118must be repaired.c) Before regulating, replacing any auxiliary or storing the electric tool, pull off the plugfrom the power and/or separate the battery holder and the tool. This protective measurewould reduce the danger caused by accidental startup of tool.d) Place the unused electric tool in the area beyond the reach of children and do not letpeople who are not familiar with the tool or instructions operate electric tool. Theelectric tool is dangerous in the hands of untrained user.e) Maintain electric tool. Check whether moving parts are regulated well or locked andcheck whether parts are damaged and other conditions that may affect the operation ofelectric tool. That the electric tool isapplied in the operations that do not conform to its purposes may lead to danger.5) Repaira) Please give your electric tool to the professional repairmen so that they can repair thetool with the same fittings, which would guarantee the safety of repaired electric tool.II.Safe instructions of circular sawWarning: do not use abrasive saw blade!Dangers:1) Keep your hand away from sawing area and saw blade all the time. The other hand shallalways hold the assistant handle or motor case.If both hands hold the circular saw, theywould be cut by the blade.2) Do not touch the bottom of work piece. Shield cannot prevent the danger of saw blade belowthe work piece.3) Adjust sawing depth to the thickness of work piece. The saw tooth below the work piece shallnot be as high as one tooth.4) Do not saw the work piece when you hold it or put it on your thigh. Clamp the work piecetightly on a steady platform.Proper support for the work piece is significant to reducepersonal injury and occurrence of stuck blade or operation failure.5) When the sawing machine may touch concealed wire or wire of itself during the operation,hold the insulated surface of electric tool. The exposed metal part of tool would be electrifiedwith it touches “charged” wire and the operator would get electric shock.6) When the tool serves as a splitting saw, use splitting saw fence and straight-sided guider.It improves sawing precision and reduces the probability of stuck blade.7) Use saw blade with proper size and axis shape (rhombic or circular) all the time. That sawblade and clamping part of circular saw do not match would lead to eccentric rotation and furtherresult in failure.8) Do not use washer and bolt with damages or unconformable sizes. Washer and bolt of bladeare specially designed for the circular saw to improve operation and guarantee safe running.9) Check whether the opening and closing actions of mobile shield are flexible every timebefore using it. If the mobile shield cannot retract rapidly, do not operate circular saw. Donot clamp or tie the mobile shield on the start position.If the circular saw falls suddenly,mobile shield would be curved and deformed. Lift the mobile shield with retraction handle tomake sure the shield can retract in any angle and at any depth and would not touch saw bladeand any other parts.10) Check the service condition of spring of mobile shield. If the shield and spring cannotwork normally, repair it before use.The mobile shield would move slowly because of partdamage, glue sedimentation or chip accumulation.11) Lift the mobile shield manually only in special sawing, such as “insert sawing” and“combined” sawing. Use retraction handle to lift the mobile shield. When the saw bladefirst cuts into the sawing material, you must put down the shield immediately. The mobileshield would retract automatically in all the other sawing operations.12) The mobile shield must cover the saw blade all the time before placing the circular sawon the platform or ground. Unprotected and inertial saw blade would make the circular sawretract and saw the objects on its stroke. The time for the saw blade to stop since it is firstreleases shall be considered.Further safe instructions of different circular sawsEnglish17216Rebound reason and protection for operation:Rebound is the sudden action when the saw blade is squeezed, stuck or deviated from the center. It makes the circular saw out of control, lifted off the work piece and bound to the operator.When the saw blade is squeezed or clamped tightly by the drawn notch, blocked rotation of saw blade and motor reaction would drive the entire machine rebounding rapidly towards the operation. If the saw blade is twisted or deviated from sawing surface, saw teeth on the back edge of blade would cut into the upper surface of wood and the blade would come out of the notch and rebound towards the operator.Rebound is the result of misuse of circular saw and/or incorrect operation procedure or condition. Take the following preventive measures to avoid rebound.a) Both hands hold the handle of the circular saw tightly. Stretch arms to withstand the rebound force. Body is on any side of circular saw and shall not be aligned with saw blade. Rebound would make the circular saw bound backwards. The rebound force can be controlled by the operator if proper preventive measures are taken.b) When the saw blade is stuck or the sawing is stopped for any cause, release switch trigger and hold still the circular saw still in the material until the blade is fully stopped. Do not try to move the circular saw out of work piece or pull it backwards when the blade is rotating or rebound would happen. Investigate and take correct measures to eliminate the cause of stuck blade.c) When the circular saw is restarted in the work piece, align the saw blade with notch and check whether saw teeth are inserted into material. If the blade is stuck, it would come out and rebound from the work piece when the tool is restarted.d) Support large board to reduce the danger of squeeze and rebound of saw blade. Large board droops because of self weight. The supports must be placed on the both sides below the board, close to the cutting line and edge of board.e) Do not use dull or broken saw blade. Un-abraded or improper installed saw blade would form narrow saw cut, resulting in fierce abrasion and the blade being stuck or rebounded.f) Sawing depth and incline angle regulating lock knob must be tightened and fixed before sawing. If the blade regulator moves during the sawing, the blade would be stuck or rebounded.g) Be careful when “insert-sawing” the existing wall or other dead zones. The machine would saw the objects that cause the rebound when pulling out the saw blade.Sign explanationAttention: please see clearly the product model on the tool nameplate. 操作说明
(一)定时设置
◆1.1 首先,查看显示屏所显示的时间是否与当前时间一致。
如需重新校准,按住“时钟”的同时,分别按“校星期”、“校时”、“校分”键,将时钟调到当前时间;
◆1.2 按一下“定时”键,显示屏左下方出现“1开”字样 ( 表示第一次打铃时间),再按“校时”、“校分”键,输入打铃时间,然后按“校星期”选择工作模式(即此次打铃在哪几天工作);
工作模式提供以下各种模式供您根据实际情况选择:
①每日相同(一二三四五六日)
②每日不同(一或二或三或四或五或六或日)
③半周制(一三五)
④半周制(二四六)
⑤半周制(一二三)
⑥半周制(四五六)
⑦五天工作制(一二三四五)
⑧六天工作制(一二三四五六)
⑨星期六日
◆1.3 如果此次打铃时间需执行双铃程序(即在指定时间间隔之后自动进行第二次打铃),则调好时间后再按一下“双铃”(自动/手动)键,显示屏右上方出现双铃符号即可;
◆1.4 继续按动“定时”键,显示屏左下方将依次显示
“2开、3 开、……、19 开、20 开”字样,参考步骤2、3设置以后各次打铃时间。
◆1.5 若进行若干次打铃设置后已不需要再进行打铃,则必须将其余各次打铃设定调为“==:==”(而非“00:00”),这样才表示此次打铃无程序设定。
(二)打铃参数设置
◆2.1 设置完各次打铃时间后,继续按动“定时”键直至显示屏显示“H10”,表示设定打铃时长,再按“校分”键调整,打铃时长的调整范围为1~99秒,若不调,则默认为打铃时长10秒。
◆2.2 继续按动“定时”键,直至显示屏显示“d45”,表示设定双铃打铃时间间隔,其调整范围为1~99分,按“校分”进行调整,若不调,则默认双铃打铃时间间隔为45分(即双铃情况下,第一次打铃后45分钟进行第二次打铃)。
(三) 按“自动/手动”键,将显示屏下方的“”符号调到“自动”位置,此时,打铃器才能根据所设定的时间自动打铃。
(四) 设置完毕后,应按“时钟”键,使显示屏显示当前时间;如设置完后不按任何键,30秒后显示屏自动恢复显示时间。
(五) 如在使用过程中需要临时打铃或中止打铃,则只需按“自动/手动”键将“”符号调到相应的“开”或“关”的位置。
(六)注意事项
◆6.1 如果本打铃器某一天该打铃的时间没打铃,那可能是因为作定时设置的“星期”没调对,请按照“定时设置”中介绍的方法检查或重调。
◆6.2 如果打铃器在不该打铃的时间打铃,那可能是因为多余的几组打铃时间没有消除,请参照“定时设置”中介绍的方法消除(注意:打铃设置显示“--:--才表示消除,不要以为“00:00”表示消除)。
◆6.3 如果以上两条全部正确,而本开关仍然动作不正常,有可能是“自动/手动”键被人为动作,检查“开、自动、关”的标志“”,将其调回到自动位置。
◆6.4接线时请勿必拧紧接线柱,接接通电源后请勿接触端子部分。
◆6.5本开关工作在无潮湿、腐蚀及高金属含量气体环境中, 请勿使沾染油或水。
◆ 6.6请勿自行修理、分解或改造。
