基于海绵城市理念的医院景观改造一以厦门长庚医院为例

摘要为探究海绵城市理念下“海绵医院”改造及应用,将以厦门长庚医院为例,以低影响开发为基本原则,通过对医院原有问题的剖析、以问题为导向海绵措施的设置，探讨各项海绵措施与原医院环境的融合及低影响开发领域的应用。本研究总结海绵城市理念下医院改造的建设成果，为发展其他类似区域的海绵化改造提供一定的解决思路。

Abstract In order to explore the transformation and application of"Sponge Hosp让al"under the concept of Sponge City,Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital was be taken as an example,with low-impact development as the basic principle.Through the analysis of the original problems of the hospital and the setting of problem-oriented sponge measures,this study was to explore the integration of var-ious sponge measures with the original hospital environment and the application of low impact development.This study also summa-rized the construction achievements of hospital reconstruction under the concept of sponge city,and provided certain solutions for the development of sponge transformation in other similar areas.

海沧区马銮湾试点区海绵城市建设试点区共实施项目131个，主要包含城市道路改造、工厂厂区改造、黑臭水体治理、居住区改造、医院公共场所改造等叫乐活岛（一期）海绵工程PPP项目即长庚医院区块海绵改造项目为试点区重点推进项目o从全国范围看，基于海绵城市建设的医院改造项目尚处于初始阶段,相关案例中大多面积较小。因此，本文基于乐活岛（一期）海绵工程PPP项目的建设,探究长庚医院区块基于海绵城市理念的改造思路与实施效果。
