Controller / Director / VP

心理调适的原则与方法 樊富珉清华大学心理学系副主任/教授 二0一五年四月 各位学员,大家好,我是来自清华大学心理系的樊富珉。本讲的题目是心理调适的原则。在这一讲里面,我们会讲三个问题,第一个问题是什么是心理调适,第二个问题是心理调适的目标,第三个问题是心理调适的具体的原则。 一、什么是心理调适 首先我们先来讲一讲,什么是心理调适?顾名思义,调适调适,就是调整、调节和适应。心理调适是指运用心理科学的方法对人的认知、情绪、意志、行为等心理活动和心理的状态进行调整,改善人的适应,以提高心理健康为目的。 对现代人而言,生活节奏很快,工作很生活的压力都非常大。心理调适是我们现代人生活和工作中不可或缺的,它是我们保持和促进心理健康的重要的方法,重要的过程。心理调适作为一种心理活动,作为一种心理健康的促进的手段,它贯穿人的一生,是一个动态变化的过程。 那我们在讲心理调适的时候,首先请大家看这张图。这张图是清楚的概括了人的心理活动的全部内容,因为我们说心理调适是调适心理,那我们就要问了,心理到底是什么,人的心理活动到底都包括了一些什么方法的内容。可以这么讲,人的心理活动是世界上最美、最复杂的花朵,它非常得芬芳,非常得复杂,非常得多样。但是心理学的研究,把心理活动、心理的现象概括为心理过程和个性心理。而心理过程是指人心理活动的基本的内容,包括了认知的过程,情感的过程,意志的过程。另外一方面,心理现象包括的个性心理,这里面又涵盖个性倾向性,比如说人的需要,人的动机,人的价值观。还有就是个性心理特征,也就是说,我们区分于人和人之间差异的那些气质,性格和能力。那么我这边有一张表,也许大家一看就清楚了。 心理的调适就是从认知、情感、意志、行为、人格几个方面来作调整。那么调整的目标是让人的心理变得更健康,健康和不健康有什么区别?在这张表里面列的非常清楚,我们以行为是否协调作为一个例子来说明。那么心理调适以后保持的一种状态,就是思维很清晰,符合逻辑,行为有序,语言有条理,行为符合人的活动,同时行为反应正常,这是我们讲的心理。 也许我们对心理是什么,心理现象是什么,有一个清晰的了解之后,我们就可以更加清楚地知道心理调适,它调适的是什么。那么心理调适,既可以自我调适,也可以帮助别人。 (一)自我心理调适 自我心理调适,就是根据自身的发展和环境的需要,对自己进行心理的控制和调节,最大限度地发挥个人的潜力,维护心理的平衡,消除心理的困扰。

材料员工作岗位职责 1、在项目经理及主管负责人的领导下,具体负责现场材料管理,制定材料管理规划,及时带给用料信息,组织料具进场,加强现场 材料的验收、保管、发放、核算,保证生产需要,努力做到降低消耗,场容整洁,现场礼貌; 2、做好材料计划管理工作,及时编制材料计划并提出材料加强 计划,经审批后送有关部门单位,并做好供应工作; 3、按材料采购权限,做好选取采购方式,了解市场信息,参照 项经部制定的材料单位表,实行“三比一算”的择优选购,落实采 购降本的目标动态管理,参与和加强材料采购合同管理; 4、编制单位工程耗用材料的控制指标,带给材料的降本目标, 并做好验收日记,发现短缺、次等及时索赔; 5、做好材料进场调拨、转移领用等工作,现场耗用材料都实行 限额领料制,待分部分项工程结束算限额单,分析节超原因; 6、做好与礼貌施工有关的材料堆放管理工作,加强对班组落手 清工作的检查、督促、整改; 7、严格执行仓库管理制度,堆放整齐、合理,帐、物、卡相符;做好材料核算管理工作,准确及时地完成各类报表、台帐等工作, 加强三材用量核算及时登入“三材”卡,认真整理各项原始单据及 原始记录,实事求是编制竣工三算比较表,核算用料节超,单位工 程技术经济资料,不弄虚作假; 8、协助做好工程竣工工作,拨点余料要及时整理退库或转移。 一、对材料员采购物资的数量,票据实施验证。 二、妥善保管入库物资并建立物资台帐,对出库物资例行须交手续,建立须用台帐。

三、对用于工程及低值易耗物资,即出库后不用归库的材料,在出库前,领用人必须办理物资领料单,并签字认可,方可出库。 四、对原材料、半成品、构配件等,未经验证、检验和无标识的,有权拒绝验收入库。 五、日常巡查材料的合理使用,杜绝浪费。监督到场材料是否按计划使用。 六、必须熟悉建筑材料的识别及使用功能,入库物资必须存架、上架堆放整齐,标识清楚。 七、协调甲方对各部门的供应与物资管理工作。 1、熟悉各种材料技术性能、规章制度、标准以及规定。 2、做好管区的材质达标工作和礼貌安全管理。 3、协助参加项目安全值班检查,同时做好记录。 4、熟悉建筑工程施工图、网络计划,编制出单位工程材料计划。 5、做好各种资料保管、使用及材料计划的发放、回收登记,整 理存档及时到位。 6、组织编制年、季以及月供应计划。 7、安计划组织好周转工具等材料的赁租,按期完成各种物质统 计报表,按期完成各种限额领料资料汇总、统计以及核算。 8、严格贯彻执行材料管理制度和标准。 9、收集物资材料市场信息动态资料。 10、依据施工单位及各部门所需材料计划单,填写材料计划表。 11、通知供应商按材料计划表供应材料。 12、对送达工地(库房)的材料进行入库前检验。
