Don’t be afraid of failure and don’t be a perfectionist
Second way: react
Identify the situations that require your attention.
Learn to just say "No."Often, our stress comes from trying to do too many things in too short a day. decline.
Doing exercise, yoga, running,basketball.burn off nervous energy and increase the endorphins in your brain
Carve time for fun. Listen to music. Interest, hobby
have a deep breath, enable us to be relaxed and comfortable
