中职英语技能大赛“职场应用”赛项浅析作者：曹庆芳来源：《现代职业教育·中职中专》2018年第08期[摘要] “职场应用”是全国职业院校技能大赛中职组英语技能大赛赛项之一，着重考查学生在模拟的职业场景中用英语解决实际问题的能力以及信息的理解、处理能力、沟通能力和团队的协作能力。

中职英语技能大赛规程明确表达了该项比赛的主要目的在于为全国中职学生及英语教师创建一个交流学习、拓展视野、展示才华的平台。

比赛愈发完善，设置了四个赛项：在线测评、情境交流、职场应用和职业风采。

“职场应用”主要是通过模拟在职场中可能出现的工作情境，着重考查学生用英语解决实际问题的能力及信息处理、沟通能力和团队协作能力，有助于学生未来职业竞争力的培养和提高。

“职场应用”为团体赛。

选手以2人团队为单位完成一个职业场景中的工作任务，如，选择最佳入住酒店、招聘最合适人才等。

比赛分为两个阶段：第一阶段在备赛室进行，每支参赛队从备选任务中抽取一个任务后，在30分钟内阅读、理解、分析任务；之后，进行信息的交流、共享、筛选；最后，协作完成任务单并提交最佳的解决方案。

第二阶段在赛场内进行，选手A在3分钟内向评委陈述任务完成情况，选手B在2分钟内，回答裁判任务完成情况以及提出的相关问题，整个过程要求用英语交流。

值得注意的是，“职场应用”赛项在2017年前所占比分为30%，2017年上升为35%，更加凸显了其在整个比赛中的重要位置。

要在这一赛项中取得好成绩，我们就必须先要了解这一环节的具体评分标准。

2017年全国中职英语技能大赛规程对“职场应用”赛项的评分有明确规定：信息理解与加工（准确理解任务要求及内容，分析、筛选有用信息）10分；团队合作与沟通（沟通到位、分工协作、有序高效）5分；任务达成，回答提问（成功完成任务，汇报和问答综合表现优秀）20分。

2013年全国职业英语技能大赛职场应用比赛说明及规则比赛说明：本部分含两个阶段第一阶段：在备赛区进行，限时15分钟，两名选手通过沟通和协作完成并提交任务单（Worksheet），并按照比赛要求分别准备第二阶段的比赛内容。

第二阶段：在赛场进行，选手A按要求向评委陈述任务完成情况（限时3分钟），选手B回答评委的现场提问（限时2分钟）。

本部分满分30分。
